SELENE ACCEPTED
Emmett's hand that he offered, pulling her out of the waters and onto the land. "I was right. They're coming from the waters." She said, releasing Emmett's hand and grabbing a towel that Carlisle gave her to dry her tail quickly. "How much time do we have?" Carlisle asks as he crouched down next to Selene, handing her a shirt.

Selene shook her head, swallowing down her saliva and catching her breath. "Not much. 5 minutes or so."

The two male vampires simply glance at each other with a nod. Once seeing Selene's tail starting to fall apart, they both stood and turned to the other way as she got dressed. "Where's Bella?" She asks, buttoning her pants. "In the mountains with Edward. When the battle starts, Seth will switch with Jacob." Emmett informs the siren.

"And the pack?"

"They're in their spots." Carlisle replies and Selene nods, tying her hair into a ponytail. "Let's go then." She says and the three return to the rest.

The newborns made their way on the land towards the Cullens who were already waiting for them. "I don't see Victoria nor the woman in your vision." Selene says to Alice. She slightly shakes her head in denial, "I don't either. For now, let's deal with them first." Alice motions her head forward to the newborns that already began to run towards them.

The Cullens did the same, and the fight began.

Selene passed by a newborn, grabbing his head and flipping him over—ripping his head off his body. The wolves joined, ripping them apart with their teeth and claws. Two vampires charged at Selene who was recovering from her previous attack, she slid her leg against the ground and the two fell onto the floor. She quickly jumped on them and inserts her long claws through their throats.

Just as she stood up, another newborn tackled her to the ground and began to choke her. She resisted under his grip, her arms pushed to her sides with his legs. Paul rushed over and closed his jaws around the vampire's body. Selene quickly caught her breath and stood up, seeing Paul insert his teeth fully through the newborn, his screams echoing throughout the battle field. The siren gave him a soft smile and a nod in return as they continued to fight.

Selene was grabbed by two vampires that held her arms to the side, wishing to rip them apart from her body. Suddenly, two new men entered the fight and ripped off their heads. Selene faced the two as they finally turn around. One she didn't recognise, but the other was too familiar.

"Carlos?"

"Hi there, Ariel." He says with a breathless chuckle.

"Guys, incoming." The unknown man warned and the three fought the last few newborns.

The Cullens watched the bodies of the ripped newborns burn. Selene pulled Carlos and his friend aside, "Talk, now." She demands.

"A thank you for saving my life would be nice."

"Shut up, Alexander." Carlos scolded and Alexander put his hands up in defeat. " We know who's after you. I know who's after you." Carlos reveals, and Selene was loss at her words. "You're part of the Volturi," She points her finger towards Carlos, then to Alexander who stood beside him. "And you..I'm seeing you first time in my life. So, please elaborate."

Carlos shook his head, "I'm not with them, not anymore. Look, I'll explain everything, but right now—"

Selene caught Alice's gaze,
