*real life*

It was now the night of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and it was the time to crown the world champion. All three of the champion contenders stood on the podium. Charles Leclerc had won the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and was the runner up for the championship. (In our dreams) Lando Norris stood on the third step of the podium. The winner of the championship was on the second step. Max Verstappen was waiting for the podium ceremony to end so he could finally receive his fourth championship. It was a well fought one and he needed to admit both Charles and Lando had challenged him, even Oscar.

They took off their Pirelli caps and listened to the joyful Monégasque anthem. Max turned his head and saw Charles with a sight of relief. The constructor's anthem played and the famous Italian song played. "Dov'è la vittoria" where's the victory well it was here and Charles had won it with an incredible drive. He closed his eyes for both anthems and only opened them again for the trophies. He saw how the crowd cheered for him. He saw himself on the tv with the Rolex crown behind him. He would be the last one with this crown.

They were given their trophies and took their bottle of champagne to start spraying. Lando did his usual stunt as he knocked the bottom of his bottle of the ground and a big splash of champagne going as high as the flags on the screen behind. They all sprayed each other in the face and both Max and Lando drowned Charles. The monegasque turned over to protect himself but Bryan sprayed him the face as well.

After emptying their bottles, they had to do the official picture with their trophies. Max went close on Charles' side and put his hand around his waist. "Nice one Charlie. Maybe next year you'll be champion." He said the last sentence with a grin as he winked. Charles simply smiled as he had a feeling 2025 would be Ferrari' redemption arc. They got down from the podium and walked to their garages.

Charles congratulated everyone again when he came back into the garage and you could probably hear the celebratory cheers from all the way to the Williams garage at the end of the pit lane. He went into his driver's room and changed after taking a shower. He needed to go to the tv pen and after he'd scurry off to his hotel room so he could put proper clothes and go party. Now he was only in team gear, which wasn't really the best for a party.

Charles walked towards the tv pen with his water bottle and passed some other drivers that didn't have time to change. He walked up to his first interview and he knew it would be long since he had just won the race. He saw Canal + and walked to them greeting them in his first language. He was always happy to see them, he could never really speak French in the paddock. Except with Pierre. "Bonjour Charles. Gagnant de la dernière course de l'année et vice-champion! J'imagine que c'est de grandes émotions pour vous aujourd'hui." Hello Charles. Winner of the last race and vice-champion! I imagine it's great feelings for you today The reporter asked, smiling at the monegasque. "Oui, bien sure. Et évidemment on aurait voulu avoir le championnat mais bon ça a été un peu difficile à certains moments comme au Canada ou à Barcelone. Mais on travail sur la voiture de l'an prochain à temps plein depuis des mois alors je crois honnêtement avoir de bonnes chances aux deux championnats 2025. Je pense que notre domination commençera en Australie." Yes, of course. And obviously we would have liked to have the championship but hey it was a little difficult at times like in Canada or Barcelona. But we've been working on next year's car full-time for months so I honestly think I have a good chance at both 2025 championships. I think our dominance will start in Australia. Charles explained as he showed his confidence for the next year. "Et j'imagine qu'on compte Lewis aussi dans l'équation. Un grand champion et un future champion d'après la plus part." And I imagine that we're counting Lewis in the equation. A great champion with a future champion according to most. The reporter said the last sentence with a small wink. Like everyone else, he thought Charles could be a great champion
