Freen woke up with a jolt, her heart racing, sweat dripping down her forehead. Her breath came out in shallow gasps as she desperately scanned the room. Panic surged through her when she realized Becky wasn't lying beside her.

"Bec?" she called out, her voice trembling as she sat up in bed. There was no answer.

"Becca?" she called again, louder this time, her heart pounding harder. Tears started spilling from her eyes as the worst thoughts consumed her mind. Was it all just a dream? Was Becky truly gone?

Suddenly, the door to their bedroom creaked open, and there stood Becky, looking tired but alive, with small bruises still visible on her body. "Baby, I'm here," Becky said gently, stepping into the room.

Freen's eyes widened, and without thinking, she rushed to Becky, wrapping her arms around her tightly. "Y-You... you're alive," Freen sobbed into Becky's shoulder, her voice shaky with relief. "You're alive."

Becky held her, her fingers threading through Freen's hair in a comforting gesture. "I'm fine, baby," she whispered softly, "I'm totally fine."

Freen pulled back slightly, scanning Becky's body with frantic eyes, taking in the bandages on her forehead and the small bruises that marred her otherwise perfect skin. "How?" Freen managed to ask through her sobs.

Becky sighed softly and began to explain, her voice calm as she recounted what had happened. "After the truck hit my car, a guy came to check on me. But before he could do anything, my brother's bodyguards arrived and got me out of there safely. The car was highly secured, which is why I didn't get more seriously injured. I got lucky."

Freen listened intently, her eyes never leaving Becky's face, searching for any sign that she might still be in pain. "But... Seng showed me a photo," Freen muttered, her voice wavering, "you were covered in blood."

Becky smiled softly. "That was part of a prank we were planning on Irin," she explained. "I had a balloon filled with fake blood on my lap. When the truck hit, the balloon burst, and the blood splattered everywhere. That's what Seng must have used to manipulate you."

Freen let out a shaky breath, her arms tightening around Becky. She buried her face in Becky's chest, clinging to her as if she was afraid she might disappear again. "I got so scared," Freen whispered, her voice breaking. "I thought I lost you."

Becky kissed the top of Freen's head and held her close. "Don't be scared," she whispered. "I'm here with you, and nothing will ever happen to me. I promise."

They stayed like that for a few moments, wrapped in each other's arms, the fear of losing each other slowly dissipating. But then, Freen pulled back slightly, her eyes intense as she looked into Becky's. "Marry me."

Becky froze, her eyes widening in surprise. "What?" she asked, a soft chuckle escaping her lips, unsure if she'd heard correctly.

"Marry me," Freen repeated, her voice serious. "I don't want to lose you. I want us to always be together, no matter what. After getting married, we'll live together, and I'll never have to worry about losing you again."

Becky blinked, still processing Freen's sudden proposal. "So... this is how you're going to propose to me?" she asked, her tone playful despite the tears that welled up in her eyes.

Freen pulled away from Becky's embrace and walked over to the closet. Becky sat there, confused, thinking that Freen might be upset with her teasing. But then, Freen came back into the room holding a small box in her hand. She kneeled down on one knee in front of Becky, and when she opened the box, there sat a beautiful engagement ring, sparkling in the light.

"I was going to propose on your birthday," Freen said softly, her eyes never leaving Becky's, "but I can't wait that long. We've known each other for so many years, and even though we've only been in a relationship for a few months, I'm more than sure about this. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Becky. So, I'm asking you now."

Becky's breath caught in her throat as she watched Freen, her heart swelling with emotion.

"Rebecca Patricia Armstrong," Freen said, a wide smile spreading across her face, "will you marry me?"

Tears spilled freely from Becky's eyes as she nodded her head, unable to find her voice at first. "Yes," she finally whispered, her voice thick with emotion. "Yes, I will marry you."

Freen's smile grew wider as she gently slid the ring onto Becky's finger. Becky, her hands trembling with joy, took the other ring from the box and placed it on Freen's finger as well.

"So, we're engaged now?" Becky asked, her voice soft but filled with happiness.

Freen nodded, her eyes sparkling. "Yup, you're my fiancée now."

And with that, Freen leaned in, pressing her lips to Becky's in a tender, loving kiss. Their kiss deepened, filled with all the love and emotion they had for each other, until they finally broke apart, gasping for air, their foreheads resting against each other.

Two Months Later

The grand hall was filled with the soft hum of conversation, the air electric with excitement. The aisle was lined with delicate flowers, their petals creating a beautiful path leading up to the altar. Friends and family gathered to witness what would be the happiest day of Freen and Becky's lives.

The doors at the back of the hall opened, and Becky stepped in, her arm linked with her father's. She was a vision of beauty in her flowing white gown, her veil draping gracefully behind her. Freen, standing at the altar in a sleek, tailored suit, couldn't take her eyes off her.

As Becky approached, her heart raced with anticipation. When her father gently placed her hand in Freen's, she felt a surge of emotion so powerful it brought tears to her eyes. Freen looked at her as though she was the most precious thing in the world, holding her hand delicately as if afraid she might break.

They turned to face each other, their hands clasped tightly together as the officiant began the ceremony. And then, it was time for the vows.

Freen took a deep breath, her eyes locked on Becky's, filled with love and devotion.

"I never thought I'd find someone who could make me feel the way you do, Becky," Freen began, her voice soft but steady. "You came into my life when I wasn't looking for love, when I didn't think I needed it. But you changed everything. You showed me what it means to truly love someone, to trust someone with every part of who I am. I promise to love you for the rest of my life. I promise to be your rock when things get tough, to be your partner in every adventure we take, and to stand by your side through whatever comes our way. You are my home, my heart, and my forever. I love you, Rebecca, and I can't wait to spend forever with you."

Becky's eyes were glistening with tears as she listened to Freen's heartfelt words. When it was her turn, she squeezed Freen's hands, her voice trembling with emotion.

"Freen," Becky began, her voice thick with love, "I've loved you for so long, and I still can't believe that today, I get to call you my wife. You've been my strength, my protector, and my best friend. You've seen me at my worst, and you've loved me through it all. I promise to love you with everything I have. I promise to laugh with you, to cry with you, and to grow with you. You are my person, the one I was always meant to find. Today, I vow to be yours, completely and forever. I love you more than words could ever express, and I'm so excited to start this new chapter of our lives together."

The officiant smiled at them both, his voice warm as he spoke the final words. "By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you married. You may kiss your bride."

Freen didn't waste a second. She pulled Becky into her arms, their lips meeting in a kiss that felt like the culmination of everything they had been through together. The room erupted into applause, their friends and family cheering as the couple kissed, sealing their love in front of everyone they cared about.

As they pulled away, breathless and smiling, the officiant announced, "I present to you, for the first time, Mrs. and Mrs. Chankimha."

The room filled with joy, their loved ones celebrating as Freen and Becky shared another soft kiss, their foreheads pressed together, eyes closed, both of them feeling more complete than they ever had before.

They were married now, and as they walked hand in hand down the aisle, they knew that this was just the beginning of their forever together.
