It was 6 in the morning, After struggling the entire night Aarohi could only sleep for some hours. She was scared, nervous, excited, anxious, and last but not least hopeful! In this marriage the only thing she needed was hope. Since childhood, Aarohi had a habit of doing things for others. She would sacrifice all her happiness for her loved ones, so she was also doing the same thing this time. She was not thinking about herself rather she was putting her family before her.
Aarohi had never considered marriage as a necessity, all she wanted was to be successful in her career. She wanted to be a successful doctor and she became one! Her hospital, her patients, and her work was all that she had in her life.
Aarohi looked at Akruti's peaceful sleeping face, kissed her forehead gently and got up from her bed.
"So finally! Today I will be getting married...that too with a monster?" Said Aarohi chuckling to herself.
There was a knock at the door, Aarohi opened the door and saw Mahima Ji standing on the door, "Good Morning Mimi!"
"Good morning bacche, you are up already? I thought you might be sleeping" Said Mahima Ji
"No..no Mimi, I couldn't sleep..I tried..but I just couldn't" Said Aarohi in a low voice
"Aaru, I know what you are feeling!"
"But...but how do you know?"
"Aree bacche, it's normal to feel anxious before marriage. You know when I got married to your mamu, I couldn't sleep for days!! It's okay to feel this way, You are going to start your new life then how are you not supposed to feel nervous? I know things are not good between you and Arhaan but trust me bacche, he's not a bad person..gradually you'll get to know him. And I know, one day will come when you both won't be able to stay away from each other!" Said Mahima Ji caressing Aarohi's cheeks.
"Thank you Mimi!! Aap nahi hoti toh kya hota mera?" Said Aarohi giving a hug to Mahima Ji
"Oyee!! What's going on? hann! What kind of conspiration is going on without me??!! I also want hug from Maa" Said Anirudh joining Aarohi and Mahima Ji.
"Jab teri shaadi hogi na tujhe bhi aise hi gale lagaungi! Abhi jaa jake kaam kar! Behen ki shaadi hai aur bhai sirf maze kar raha hai" Said Mahima Ji pulling Anirudh's ears.
"Aaah!!! Maa!! What are you doing!! Leave my ears!! Pleaseeee!! Mai Abhi jaake saara arrangement dekhta hun par pehle mere kaan toh choro!!!" Screamed Anirudh.
Aarohi was just laughing, due to this marriage and all she had forgotten her laugh, "Acche se Maaro Mimi!! Maar ki zarurat hai bhai ko"
"Aaruu!!!!!! Just because you are getting married I'm not saying you anything!! warnaaa" Anirudh said while glaring at Aarohi.
"Acchaa bass bass! Bohot hua, I have some work downstairs. Aaru Anni you both talk, I'll leave now" Said Mahima Ji and left her room.
Aarohi and Anirudh Both glared at each other for a while and then started laughing on their own! She sat on her bed while Anirudh sat beside her. He kept his head on her shoulders and said, "Kyu jaa rahi hai hume chorke? mat jaa na! What will I do after your marriage? Whom will I irritate, Who will solve my problems...why the hell are you getting married Aaru???"
Aarohi smiled and said, "Awww!!! I didn't even know my brother is soooo cute han?? Bhai..what will I do? It's nature's rule! Every girl has to get married some day and has to leave her family to stay with her in-laws! It's not in my hand. If not Arhaan then someone else, I have to marry someone...either today or tomorrow!"
Anirudh went silent. He didn't reply anything
"Bhai..I know it's not easy for you! It's not easy for me as well! Just imagine I have spent my entire life here and suddenly tomorrow onwards I'll be staying at a complete different place...with so many different people! But let's accept the reality and move on. You were the one who had told me that time is the best healer! Samay ke saath sab kuch theek ho jaata hai, kyu hai naa?"
"Samay ke saath sab theek nahi hota Aaru, bass Insaan Apne sachhai ke saath jeena seekh leta hai" Said Anirudh getting up from the bed.
"Accha baba! Fine. Now pleaseeee put a bigggg smile on your face!!! It's YOUR sister's wedding!!! Apni behen ki shaadi mein aisi shakal leke jaoge?" Said Aarohi.
"What do you mean by aisi shakal?! Jab office ke liye nikalta hun naa...ladkiyan palat palat ke dekhti hai!!" Said Anirudh setting his hair by looking at the mirror.
Aarohi giggled and said, "Apko kon dekhta h...that's none of my concern! But aap kisko dekh rahe ho....that's definitely My concern" Aarohi winked at Anirudh and went to the washroom
"What??!! what do you mean!! Aaruu tell me what's going on in your mind!? Why did you say such a thing???" Said Anirudh in a loud voice. But Aarohi was already inside the washroom so no reply came from her, eventually Anirudh left her room.

At Oberoi Mansion
"Bhaiiiii!!!! What are you doing??? It's been 2 hours since you have locked yourself in your room!! Pleasee get ready quickly!! Apki haldi nahi hogi toh Maa hum sabki Jaan le lengii!! Atleast open the door...!!" Screamed Avni from outside.
Arhaan signalled veer to open the door.
Avni was shocked to see Ikshit and Veer were fighting infront of the mirror while Arhaan was still working on his laptop.
"WHAT THE HELL???!! Bhai shaadi apki hai ya inn dono ki?? Why haven't you got ready??" Asked Avni in an angry voice
"And you two!! What's going on there?? There are sooo many rooms in our house yet you people didn't get a single place to get ready!! Veer tu toh paida hi pagal hua tha...I don't expect anything from you idiot?!! But Ikshit bhai....since when have you become so careless?? Guys!! Answer me????!!" Said Avni
"Avni...meri jaan!! Don't panick so much!! Calm down...breathe in breathe out.... it's your brother's wedding...you should only have fun..and instead you are busy doing work!" Said Ikshit
Avni sighed, "What to do Ikshit bhai?? There are sooo many talented people in our house...thay all the work has to be done by me!!" She said pointing towards Veeransh.
"Talented? Woh to mai hun hi!" Said Veeransh with a proud smile.
"Haan hai naa tu...bohot talented hai...poore din sone...aur ladkiyon ke saath flirt karne mein...such a talented boy you are veer!!" Said Avni
Ikshit and Arhaan both started laughing while Veer glared at her, "youu!!!!!! I'm just waiting for the day when you'll get married!! And trust me.. I'll be the happiest one!!" Said Veeransh.
Avni's smile suddenly vanished, Veeransh realised he shouldn't have said that. He quickly ran towards her, "Avni..avni...I didn't mean it! Please..please don't be upset.. I'm an idiot... I'm a donkey.. I'm monkey!! Hit me...but please don't be angry with me.."
"Aree idiot! Why would I be angry with you hann? You didn't say anything wrong...just like Aaru Bhabi I'll also get married someday and leave this house..." Avni said in a trembling voice.
"No one is leaving this house! And you only get to leave us if we allow you to do so! And we are not allowing you to get married!" Said Arhaan face palming Avni.
Avni could only smile, she couldn't reply. She knew if she said one more word...she would start crying..and she didn't want to cry on her brother's special day!
"Okay!! Now please let me get ready or else my sister and my dear mother will take my life!!" Said Arhaan in a charming voice.
