So hope you guys enjoy this chapter, not gonna lie, I feel this story might be going in a better direction, than I thought, but I don't want to get to head of myself yet

But with that being said enjoy the chapter.

As seconds turned into minutes and minutes stretched into hours, the Parker siblings-Petra, Jessica, Kaine, and Ben-ran through the night, their hearts pounding with the adrenaline of escape. They moved without a clear destination, driven only by the instinct to put as much distance as possible between themselves and the HYDRA facility that had imprisoned them for so long. The darkness of the night enveloped them, providing a temporary cloak of safety.

After hours of running, fatigue began to set in. The siblings stumbled upon a small gas station, its flickering neon lights casting an eerie glow in the otherwise dark landscape. A sense of hope flickered within them as they approached, their nerves still on edge.

"Look!" Ben pointed to a parked truck at the fuel pumps, its back doors slightly ajar. "We could hide in there!"

"I say we take the chance," Jessica replied, her voice low but urgent. "We need to lay low for a while."

Kaine nodded, his instincts still sharp despite their exhaustion. "Let's do it. We can't stay out in the open."

With practiced stealth, the siblings crept toward the truck. They climbed into the back, crouching behind stacks of boxes and supplies, their hearts racing as they tried to steady their breathing. Once settled, they listened intently, the world outside fading into a distant murmur.

The truck provided a cramped but safe refuge. As the days passed, they remained hidden, moving only when the truck was on the road and hunkering down when it stopped. They had no idea where the truck was headed, but it was a welcome reprieve from the horrors of their past.

During the week spent on the truck, they would fall asleep while one stayed up keeping watch, and luckily the truck was a food truck, so they didn't have to worry about going hungry, they would also listen in on the driver's conversations at gas stations and rest stops. "Just a few more deliveries to make," he would say, and each time, their hearts would race in anticipation of what lay ahead.

"What do you think the final destination is?" Petra asked one night, her voice barely above a whisper.

"I don't know," Jessica replied, peering through a small gap in the truck's side. "But wherever it is, we need to be ready to move when we get there."

Kaine, still wrestling with his inner turmoil, added, "We can't let our guard down. HYDRA could be looking for us, and we need to stay alert."

Ben, using his strategic mind, suggested, "Once we reach our destination, we need a plan. We can't just run blindly into whatever awaits us."

So after a week of hidden travel, the truck finally rolled into a bustling city. The skyline of New York emerged in the distance, a sprawling labyrinth of lights and towering buildings. As they approached, the siblings felt a mix of excitement and anxiety.

"Here we go," Jessica murmured, her heart racing. "This is it."

The truck came to a halt, and the driver hopped out to unload his cargo. The Spiders peeked out from their hiding spot, scanning their surroundings. The vibrant energy of the city pulsed around them, filled with people, sounds, and lights.

"Now's our chance," Ben said, his voice steady. "We need to slip out while he's distracted."

As the driver focused on unloading boxes, the siblings quietly climbed out of the truck. They moved stealthily, adrenaline coursing through their veins, and ducked behind a nearby building to catch their breath.
