Nick Fury stood in the command center of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, his brow furrowed as he received consistent updates about various global incidents. However, none of the reports indicated any leads on the whereabouts of the Spiders. Fury’s concern grew; he was well aware that HYDRA was also on the hunt for the siblings, and he couldn't allow them to fall into their hands again. The Avengers were also tracking the kids, but they didn’t fully grasp the threat the Spiders posed if HYDRA were to capture them.

Just then, Maria Hill approached Fury, her expression serious. “Director, we have a disturbance in Queens, New York,” she informed him.

Fury raised an eyebrow, intrigued but skeptical. “Why would that matter to me agent Hill?” he asked, crossing his arms.

Without missing a beat, Hill pulled up footage on the monitors. The screen flickered to life, revealing the chaos unfolding in Queens. The battle between the Spiders—Kaine, Ben, Jessica, and Petra—and two of HYDRA’s top operatives, Viper and Crossbones, was evident. Taskmaster was also in the mix, along with several HYDRA agents. The footage showed one of the agents holding a woman hostage, trying to leverage the situation amidst the ongoing fight.

Fury’s eyes narrowed as he studied the footage, realizing the urgency of the situation. He understood the implications of what he was seeing. If the Avengers arrived first, they might not see the threat posed by the Spiders, potentially leading to disastrous consequences if HYDRA managed to capture them again.

“Get some of our best agents ready now,” Fury commanded, his voice firm. “We need to move fast before the Avengers can respond or HYDRA recaptures them.”

Maria nodded, already typing commands into her tablet. “I’ll assemble a team and brief them on the situation.”

“Have them meet me at one of the jets,” Fury instructed, striding toward the exit with purpose. He was determined to intercept the unfolding conflict and ensure the Spiders' would be far from HYDRA's clutches.

As he made his way through the Helicarrier, Fury's mind raced with strategies. He knew the stakes were high, and if he was going to capture all the combatants—the Spiders, Viper, Crossbones, and Taskmaster—he needed to act decisively. His goal was not just to capture the siblings but also to uncover HYDRA’s plans and thwart them before it was too late. Time was of the essence.

As the battle between the Spiders and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents escalated, the chaos intensified with every exchange of blows. Kaine and Ben fought fiercely against Fury’s agents, while Jessica and Petra grappled with Viper and Taskmaster. The air was thick with tension and the sounds of combat.

During a brief clash with Petra, Taskmaster took a moment to speak into his comms while dodging her attacks. “Viper, we don’t have enough agents for a battle like this,” he said, blocking a punch and countering with a quick jab. “This was only supposed to be a stealth mission to capture the woman.”

Viper, engaged with Jessica, gritted her teeth in frustration as she replied through the comms. “I know, Taskmaster! Especially after the defeat of Crossbones. This situation is spiraling out of control. We need a distraction to make our escape with May Parker.”

Taskmaster smirked under his mask, thinking on his feet. “Already have one ready,” he replied, activating a button on his gauntlet. A small device on his wrist began to blink ominously, signaling the impending chaos.

Suddenly, a series of explosions erupted nearby, sending shockwaves through the area. Smoke and debris filled the air, creating a thick cover that disoriented both S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and the Spiders. The explosions were timed perfectly, turning the tide of the battle into a frenzy of confusion.
