Short chapter I know next one I got you.

As Petra was about to reach Aunt May, the tense atmosphere shifted dramatically. The HYDRA agent holding Aunt May hostage suddenly pulled a gun, pressing it firmly against her aunt's temple. “Don’t take another step!” he barked, his voice cold and threatening.

Petra froze, her heart pounding in her chest. She could feel the weight of the gun’s threat hanging in the air. “Aunt May!” she cried, panic rising within her as she realized she couldn’t risk her aunt’s life. Every instinct urged her to charge forward, but she knew that one wrong move could cost Aunt May everything.

Taskmaster, sensing the momentary pause, seized the opportunity to catch up with Petra. “Looks like you’re out of options, kid,” he taunted, stepping into the fray, his sword glinting menacingly as he prepared to re-engage her in combat.

With a deep breath, Petra turned to face Taskmaster, her resolve hardening despite the danger. “I won’t let you hurt her!” she shouted, launching into a series of quick, agile movements as she tried to evade Taskmaster’s strikes. She was determined to protect Aunt May, even if it meant putting herself in harm’s way.

As they clashed, Taskmaster matched her every move, his experience evident in his fluidity and precision. Meanwhile, Aunt May watched, fear and concern etched on her face, knowing that Petra was risking everything for her.

In the midst of the chaos, Viper, still engaged in her own fight with Jessica, tapped into her comms. “Taskmaster, get the woman back to base,” she ordered, her voice firm and unyielding. “Jessica rejected the offer I gave her, so the woman will suffer for the Spiders' disobedience.”

“Copy that,” Taskmaster replied, his focus unwavering. “You’re going to regret this, kid.” He yelled toward the HYDRA agent holding Aunt May hostage, “Get her back to base now!”

The urgency in Taskmaster’s voice only heightened the tension. Petra felt a rush of adrenaline as she continued to dodge Taskmaster’s attacks, her mind racing with thoughts of how to save her aunt. “No! You can’t take her!” she yelled, desperation fueling her movements.

Taskmaster lunged forward, swinging his sword in a wide arc, but Petra ducked just in time, using her agility to stay one step ahead. However, the threat of Aunt May’s safety loomed over her like a dark cloud, making every move feel like a gamble.

“Stay back!” the HYDRA agent shouted, keeping the gun firmly pressed against Aunt May’s head. “Or I swear I’ll pull the trigger!”

Aunt May’s eyes locked onto Petra’s, a silent plea for her to stay safe. “You have to get out of here!” she urged, her voice steady even in the face of danger.

“Not without you!” Petra shouted back, frustration boiling within her. She knew she couldn’t let fear dictate her actions, but the threat was real, and every moment counted.

As the fight raged on around them, Petra felt the weight of the situation pressing down on her. She had to think strategically; charging in recklessly wouldn’t save Aunt May. She needed a plan, a way to create a distraction that could buy her the time she needed to free her aunt.

“Taskmaster!” Petra shouted, trying to draw his attention away from her aunt. “You think you can control this situation? You’re underestimating me!”

Taskmaster smirked, clearly enjoying the challenge. “You’re tougher than you look, but it won’t matter if I take her away from you.”

With renewed determination, Petra took a deep breath, preparing to do whatever it took to save her aunt while also keeping Taskmaster at bay. The stakes had never been higher, and she was ready to fight for her family, knowing that every second counted.
