Chika looked over from where her back was turned from behind the desk.
"Oh Ryuga! You came today, how are you?" Chika said flustered. "If I knew you would come I would have cleaned up around here a bit." She laughed a bit awkwardly, her eyebrows turning inwards.

Ryuga puffed out a sound. A sign of contentment. She moved her arms to the side of her, changing Chika's eye of direction to the other.
"Kisses."

"Oh hi there." Chika waved at her.
"So what are you two here for?" Chika said as she rummaged through the mess of books around her desk stepping over them, almost tripping over.

"We need materials, clay. She has a crack." Ryuga stated, pointing to Kisses.
"A crack?" Chika tilted her head squinting her eyes at the two.

"I'm not uh, I don't have skin." Kisses spoke out.
Chika blinked. "Oh, OH, sorry yes, follow me." She flushed.

Chika walked them through the shelves of books. Kisses could look up and see them go on for ages. Almost an infinite it seemed like, or at the very least her eyesight could go up too. The librarian picked up books with the hands of her hair that seemed to grow, Kisses wondered how she managed to remember how every single book was placed, everything seemed to be in a precise position to Chika.

Eventually they ended up in some sort of backroom door, it almost startled Kisses as she almost thought the corridors had no end to them.

Chika smiled as she opened the backdoor for the two of them waiting. Kisses looked up at Ryuga who simply nodded in reassurance before walking forward letting Kisses trail behind her awkwardly.

Entering the room it seemed like some sort of office mixed in with a supply closet with a bathroom door.

"Can you sit on the desk for me while I look for what I need?" Chika asked, leaning down a little almost like trying to reach Kisses height without being demeaning. She nodded as she lifted herself up on the desk watching Chika move around boxes and placing books down.

Kisses sighed in a slight discomfort.
"So how are you two friends?" Kisses asked curiously looking up at Ryuga.
Ryuga shrugged, before Chika perked up with something in her arms.

"Ryuga used to come over a lot looking for things in my closet, half of those things in her cave were given by me." Chika chuckled.
"She never comes for any of the books though..." Chika said with a disappointed tone as her smile slightly cracked.

Ryuga huffed, "No one comes to the library because people have more important things to do."

Chika sighed as she began to unwrap the bandages around Kisses chest.
"I would come to the library, I like books." Kisses responded looking at Chika's downwards head as she did her thing.

Chika shot up surprised before a smile grew on her. "Ah- Really you would?" Chika asked excitedly as Kisses just nodded in response. "I'll visit when I can."

"Do you expect to know your way to get here once you go back to that house?" Ryuga stated.
"Won't you help me?" Kisses looked up at her. Ryuga blushed her fur spiking up. A moment passed by before Ryuga looked away with a purse of her lips. "Yeah, sure..."

Chika smiled joyously as she toyed the bandages off of Kisses clay skin. With that her brows furrowed. "Well that's weird." Chika said with a drawl to her voice.
"What?" Kisses asked looking down.

"Well I guess I just assumed it be empty but- Why didn't you mention this beforehand?" Chika changed her direction to Ryuga and gave her a slight flare.
"Tell you what?" Ryuga said a little dumbfounded.

"Well, I guess I just presumed that dolls wouldn't have organs with them." Chika said as she looked into the crack more. What she thought would be an abyss turns to have a brightly pumping hurt into no veins.
Ryuga looked over. "I think there have been weirder things we've witnessed before." the wolf stated.

Chika inspected it with her thumbs around the crack of it.

"Is something wrong?" Kisses asked wearily.

"Not necessarily but, I don't think we should fill this gap up." Chika said standing up. "There's some books about living dolls around here. How about I send you both with some of those and you can decide what you want to do after that, but maybe make sure no one sees that either." Chika said calmly with a smile as she took Kisses hands to get her off the desk.

"Is she in danger?" Ryuga said sternly as she followed the two of them out the door.
"No, I wouldn't presume so, it's just... a hunch really." Chika explained as she let go of Kisses and into the corridors of books of the library.

Ryuga grunted following close to Kisses. Chika's hair flew around as she grabbed and inspected different types of books to see which one would be best with her hands in the pockets of her trench coat.

She turned around when she had something in her hands.
"Here this should be pretty informational." Chika said with a gentle smile as she handed the book over to Kisses.

'Living Porcelain.' The only bit of information was the title. Although Kisses had to squint for a second to sound it out in her head. Turning the book over seemed more informative, something in the text talked about the formation of animals into more humanoid shape.

"I've only skimmed the text so I don't know how right my judgment is about anything, read it before coming back." Chika said before grinning her glasses coming up as her nose lifted.

Kisses nodded. "Is that it?" Kisses looked over to Ryuga who was standing next to her. Her tail whipped up then down.
"Yeah, it doesn't look like we can achieve much now." She stated flatly as she walked past the two of them.

Chika sighed as Ryuga went away with her paws in her pockets.
Looking back at Kisses she just hummed, "I have a spare cardigan in my desk if you'd like it before you leave.I don't think people should be seeing that gap" She chuckled before Kisses quickly nodded.

Once Chika gave her the spare pair of cloth she showed Kisses out and waved them goodbye.
"Feel free to come back anytime." Kisses waved politely before quickly stumbling to walk with Ryuga who was already walking away.

"Do you not like her?" Kisses asked softly as they walked away together. Ryuga gave her a look of confusion as her eyebrows furrowed. "No? What gave you that impression, I just hate that library she never dust and it smells horrible." Ryuga stated, slightly irritated as Kisses just mumbled out an 'Oh.'

As they walked through the forest Ryuga suddenly perked up her ears stretching out.
Kisses quickly stumbled trying to stop walking. "Huh, why'd you stop?" Kisses asked wearily.
"Lift one of your ears up." Ryuga said sternly, looking towards the right of them.

Kisses raised on her floppy ears with hand then hearing the sound of two muttered voices.

Ryuga went slowly toward the voices first that were thickly covered with vines and bushes while Kisses followed closely behind her. As Ryuga opened up through the vines Kisses recognized the look of two familiar figures of a black cat holding hands with a fox.

"Sebastian?" Kisses said surprised.
