{Chapter 20}

Sebastian stumbled back confused as his body turned towards the direction of the voice letting go of Goldie's paws.

"My Lady is that you?" Sebastian said hesitantly.
"Mmh" Kisses said quickly as she quickly walked over to Sebastian as they embraced each other.

"What a relief, Mimi has been so worried about you, she's barely been home." Sebastian exclaimed softly as he tightened his grip just a bit in the hug as he let out a sigh.

Kisses hummed in response, taking him in. "Who's this?" Ryuga's voice popped up from behind as she held onto Kisses shoulders tightly without separating.
Kisses looked back before separating from the blind cat.

"This is Sebastian and uh, that's Goldie. Sebastian works at the house." Kisses explained looking up at her while Ryuga stared hard at the two of them. Goldie just chirped gladly in response. "Ah," Sebastian said suddenly, like a thought just came to him.
"I'll be back soon, Love." He said rubbing at Goldie's paws again as Goldie smiled before bowing, then leaving the premises.

Sebastian stood still before turning towards the others again as a silence overtook the situation. "Are you going to take her back?" Ryuga said, slightly demanding.

One of Sebastian's ears flicked as he hummed in a thought before responding. "One of the wolves?" Sebastian asked questionably. She huffed, "Ryuga. Are you one of Kisses caretakers?"
Sebastian smiled softly, "Yes, I am. Thank you for protecting her in my absence, Kisses isn't dumb but she needs assistance with surviving." Sebastian stated as he took one of Kisses hands.

Ryuga nodded as she moved toward them as well, pulling her away from the blind cat.
"Ah, uh, thank you for the assistance but, I need to bring my lady back home." Sebastian stuttered out.

Ryuga simply picked up Kisses from underneath her armpits and lifted her up in her arms as she stood over the cat. "I'll come with you." Ryuga said sternly.

Sebastian just nervously stood there for a moment, "Ah, are you okay with this Kisses?"

"She's my friend, it's okay." Kisses stated, holding onto Ryuga looking up at her.
"I see then, well right this way follow me." The black cat said in response as he began to walk away, his long tail swaying behind him.

Kisses looked at the forest as she was carried seeing the trees go past her. Her eyes laid unfocused eventually as she began to zone out the lack of voices letting her daze off from what was happening.

She looked over to Sebastian who had his paws on the trees as they walked forward, using the pads to feel where he was at all times.

Soon it was easier for Kisses to recognize and where they were, the time passed sooner than she expected.
She could see the Fox ladies' past in the forest, surely going towards Ebony's residence.

Then Kisses could recognize the lake. She could feel her heart pump more thinking of seeing Mimi's worried face, something she didn't realize she was nervous about before.

As they walked towards the door of the house inside of the mountain the sense of nervous dread came along. Sebastian knocked at the door, a minute past before another till at last Sebastian sighed as he opened the door himself. "My lady, are you here?" Sebastian said into the mansion as he walked in, Ryuga following after him before closing the door.

"Excuse me, My Lady has been in a bit of a funk as of a late, I'm sure seeing Kisses again will make her happy." Sebastian said in almost a whisper as he waited for a response from Mimi.
Ryuga hummed as she adjusted Kisses weight into her as a minute past before there was a sudden gasp from upstairs. A deshelved Mimi walk down as she quickly took Kisses from Ryuga arms and placed her feet back onto the floor. "Kisses!- Where are your clothes?" Mimi yelled before a questioning tone. "Sebastian!" Mimi yelled at him.
