I think that the best way to look noticeable, like you're the center of attention, is to wear dark colors. Not goth. No, definitely not goth. That's creepy. I'm not creepy.
I slide on dark red shorts and a black tank top. Then I yank on a see-through floral shirt. I put on a slightly tan foundation and magenta blush. I pull out my cosmetic set from Mac and put on black eye shadow and mascara. I put on bright red lipstick and a matching bracelet.
I am ready.
