Author's note and et cetera~ (skip if you wish to start reading the story)

Welcome all reader in my beloved book. I am Crimson Scythe, nice to meet you all :)

Thank you for trying to read my work. I am deeply grateful if you also may vote, review, comment, share, or critique my work after you read it. All I want is for my story to be enjoyed by many, and I appreciate all your opinion on me.

This is the first book of my trilogy, Crossing Illusion: Reflection, which told about a spiritual phenomena in modern era, with early premise of mysterious police investigation, but soon spiraling to a greater chaos. The story build up from the most simple frame in ordinary life, before escalated gradually. While start at very small range, the plot rapidly arise to greater dealing as it progress.

Crossing Illusion is not the first story that I ever write, definitely. I had written many stories in the past, but they all not for novel format. You see, I dedicated my work for my future video games. I also made manga, though never publish it yet. (proper manga cost a lot, you see..)

Still, it was pretty far from perfect. You may see flaws, grammatical error and misspelling around. Another reason is because English are not my first language. You see, I'm an Asian, so English is not my first language and I'm so good with grammars. So I'm sorry in advance for all my mistakes.

Critique, comment, or any form of your opinion should be freely being expressed in the comment section, and I look forward for them. I realize that I still had many flaws, so there probably many error on the story (no one is perfect, you see). Your help in any way will be helpful for me. Even a simple comment feedback would make me happy too.

For those which bothered by the tags. Shonen is the type of manga (Japanese comic) that focusing on action and epic battles. It wasn't meant for a novel tags, but I add it in case someone know the mean. I merely add it to increase the reader's interest length. There are many books in the web, so a unique keyword such as "manga", "anime", and such may able to filter out something and bring more exposure.

About that, yes, Crossing Illusion are based on my manga story. It originally created to be submitted online, like in Wattpad for example. However, the high potential in its awesome battle flow will be fully delivered in manga or anime. Literature in word may describe it, but nothing if compared with an actual manga. (Picture speak thousand words, you see.)

Also, to confirm a certain F.A.Q before we started: No, Crossing Illusion isn't inspired by the Supernatural TV series because I never watched it. (It's not aired in my country and Netflix isn't available for my country.)

Before read, I'll warn the potential readers that my work may contain slight of profanity at time. It was necessary as I try my best to keep everything as much as what it should be. Would be awkward for people to talk all nice with elegant manner in fight and facing emergency condition. (Would even more fake if thugs suddenly talk properly..)
