KIM ENTERPRICES
Mr. Kim sits in his chair, his eyes narrowed in cold fury. Papers are thrown across the room, but his focus is somewhere else-his mind racing, trying to figure out who betrayed him.
Mrs. Kim stands by the window, her arms crossed, but even she is uneasy. Her husband's rage simmers beneath the surface, but it's different this time.
There's something more calculated about him tonight.
Mr. Kim started talking as his voice is low, barely masking his frustration
"Someone in this organization has been feeding information to Namjoon... and I want to know who."
He leans back in his chair, his fingers tapping rhythmically on the polished wood of his desk, the only sound breaking the tense silence.
His eyes flicker toward his wife, who shifts uncomfortably under his gaze. "Are you sure it's someone from inside? It could have been a mistake, or maybe Namjoon-"
"Don't be naive, Seo-yeon. This wasn't a mistake. Namjoon got his hands on confidential information that no one outside the family should have access to. Someone in our circle betrayed us." he snapped, his voice sharp.
He rises from his chair, pacing slowly around the room, his mind working through the possibilities. The tapping of his shoes on the hardwood floor fills the silence.
"Namjoon couldn't have done this alone. Someone gave him the advantage. Someone close to us."
Mrs. Kim watches him closely, hesitant to speak again but knowing that her husband's rage is like a ticking bomb.
Her mind races as she considers who could be the rat.
"Evidence? I don't need evidence when the truth is staring me in the face. I can smell a rat, and when I find out who it is, they won't get the chance to betray me again."
He stops pacing, standing still for a moment as if an idea strikes him. His eyes narrow, and a slow, dangerous smile creeps onto his face.
"Everyone has a weakness. And I'll find theirs."
UNDERGROUND BASEMENT
A few hours later, Mr. Kim stands in a small, dimly lit basement, a group of his most trusted men surrounding him. The room feels suffocating. He gathered them here for one reason to root out the traitor.
One by one, the men stand in line, shifting uneasily under his piercing gaze. Mr. Kim's presence is oppressive, like a storm ready to break.
"I've called you here because I believe someone among you is working for Namjoon. Someone who was enough to access critical information about our deals. I don't need to remind you what happens to traitors."
The men glance at each other nervously. No one speaks. The tension in the room is thick, almost tangible.
