Madelyn's POV

Millie was showing me around while Matt was nice enough to bring my bags inside from the car.

"And this will be your room!" Millie said excitedly as we walked into the last room upstairs.

The room was beautiful. It was spacious and already decorated. I knew Mills would decorate it before I arrived so I wouldn't stress about it and she did an amazing job. The walls were painted a beautiful shade of green which in combination with the white ceiling and furniture was just giving a cozy and pretty vibe.

"My god Mills, you outdid yourself." I congratulated her on the amazing room.

"Thank you, I really thought you wouldn't like it." she replied to me.

"Are you kidding me? I've liked green since I was a literal infant." I said with a giggle.

"Yeah, I know." Mills laughed too. We then heard two knocks on my door.

"Hey, sorry to interrupt but I just wanted to let you know I brought your bags upstairs. I'm gonna go wait in the car." Matt said, opening the door just a little bit.

"Oh my god thank you so much Matt. You sure you don't wanna stay here with us while I get my stuff?" I asked him, not wanting him to feel like I'm stealing Millie from him now that I'm back.

"Don't worry, I'm okay. I gotta talk to my brothers anyway." he said and closed the door, making his way back to his car.

I took a shower and picked out an outfit. I took into consideration that we're not going out so I chose something more on the comfortable side. A pair of black sweat pants and a light green tank top. Yes, my favourite colour is green, if you couldn't tell by now.

"Hey, you almost done?" Millie asked me, coming into my room.

"Yeah, I just need to put some stuff in my bag." I responded as I was picking up the necessities. Wallet, phone charger, perfume, keys.

"You still have that?" Millie asked me as I picked up a grey notebook.

"You know I don't go anywhere without it." I told her, smiling at the fact that she remembered what I used to do back in the day.

"I thought he burned it." she said, confusion written all over her face.

"Please, I knew better than to give him the real one. You'd be surprised how quick he thought he had my actual notebook." I said and zipped my bag.

We walked to the car where Matt was waiting and after we got in we started driving to his place. Surprisingly, he really doesn't live far away. It's a 15 to 20 minute drive so I'd say maybe an hour or so walk. He parked in his garage and opened the door for us so we could go inside.

"I'll kill you Nick, stop that!" I heard someone yell from upstairs.

"Oh my god shut the fuck up!" I heard another voice but at the same time it was oddly familiar to the one before.

We walked up the stairs and saw two guys kind of fighting but kind of not. I figured those were Matt's brothers but I couldn't tell which one was older and which one was younger since their backs were all I could see.

"Are you kidding me? Guys I told you we gave guests coming and this is how you behave?" Matt yelled at his brothers, making me think this is not the first time he'd have to break up their fights.

"He started it." the one with tattoos said as he turned around to look at Matt. Woah, he looked just like Matt.

"Wai–" I wanted to ask if they were twins but got interrupted by the one with longer hair.

"That's not true, you know Nick is being dramatic." he said, turning around as well. He looks just like the other two, what the hell?

"I'M the one that's being dramatic?" the one who I assumed was named Nick said.

The three of them just kept talking back and forth while I was trying to process the information that I just received.

"There's three of you?" I finally asked out loud, making the three boys and Amelia look at me.

"Oh yeah, sorry. Guys this is Madelyn, Amy's best friend and new roommate. You know, the one she keeps talking to when she's here. Madelyn, these are Nick and Chris, my brothers." Matt introduced us as I was looking at the two carbon copies of him that were standing in front of me.

"Millie told me about you a few times, hi. I'm Nick. I'm the oldest and he is the youngest." he said, pointing at the boy next to him and reaching his hand out for me to shake which I did involuntarily.

"Now I don't think that was necessary, but whatever, I'm Chris." the other one said, shaking my hand as well.

My eyes were going from one boy to the other, still not fully processing all of this.

"Triplets. You guys are triplets. Okay well that's something I wasn't expecting for sure when Matt said he lives with two of his brothers. And now I'm rambling, sorry. I'm Madelyn but please, call me Madi." I said, finally introducing myself.

"Easy now, it's okay. It's not every day you meet triplets so I get why this is kinda shocking." the one with tattoos and piercings said. Okay, so tattoos piercings Nick.

"Yeah, it's definitely somewhat strange. But in a good way." I said, expecting them to think I'm weird but they were actually quite understanding.

"Okay, you can leave your stuff in my room. We'll be in the kitchen getting the snacks ready. Amy, can you show her where is it?" Matt asked his girlfriend.

"Of course, come on Madi." she said as we walked together.

"So this is the infamous FaceTime room." I said with a chuckle as I put my backpack on Matt's bed.

"This is it." Millie said, laughing as well. "Do you have any questions before we go back to the living room?"

"Yeah, how the fuck am I supposed to tell them apart?" I asked her, knowing I'm gonna mess up at least once tonight.

"It's actually easy once you hang around them a few times. But for now, the one with piercings is–"

"Nick, I already made a mental note for him." I said, interrupting her by accident.

"Yes. He actually helped me with your room." Millie said.

"Oh really? Remind me to thank him for that." I asked her.

"Will do. Well Matt has tattoos and no piercings and Chris? He got no piercings, no tattoos and has the longest hair. He also usually wears a hat or something." Millie explained to me.

"Okay I think I got it. They seem really nice. And they're really good looking, if I'm being honest." I told her, whispering the last part just in case they would be able to hear it.

"Oh I know. But I'm just letting you know, Nick is gay so if you have anything in mind, he's off limits." she informed me.

"Oh don't worry, I don't plan on trying anything with him. But thanks for letting me know." I thanked her.

"Of course! Now let's go before they start thinking we're planning world domination." Millie said getting closer to the door, confusing me but I did as she did.

"What? Would they really think that?" I asked somewhat amused by the nonsense.

"Oh trust me, these boys will shock you." she said as we made our way back to the living room.
