If I had to be honest, this was the very favorite part of my day.
I don't know, it was weird. Like... I could unwind and talk about whatever fucking shit was going on in the world.
Ramona laid back in the passenger seat, with her legs, again, up on my dashboard.
But she took her shoes off, so now it was just Rainbow Dash socks that went all the way up to below her fucking knees.
Oh, she's gonna love this one.
I lifted my good leg up in the air and my jeans fell down my knees.
"Okay, twin!" She squealed.
Mine were equally as long, but with the Superman logo staying consistent until it reached a few inches below my knee.
"Your legs are really hairy by the way."
Okay...
"Is that a bad thing?" I furrowed my brows.
"No, i'm middle eastern so if I don't shave for like a week i'm like a freaking beast." Ramona groaned. "And I shed hair, like everywhere."
I know.
She leaves it in my car too.
"Your hair is nice though." I complimented.
Her cheeks reddened —something that happened quite often— and she smiled.
"Thank you, I think you're light on the eyes." She complimented back.
I mean...
"It's my main feature, what can I say?" I shrugged, she broke out into laughter. Also, another thing that happened often.
I'm starting to realize, she's really smiley whenever we hang out.
Don't get me wrong... I was too.
It was just her energy, she knew how to laugh, she knew when to stay quiet, and she knew how to relieve any awkward moments, even though she was the one causing them most of the time.
I wasn't sure how to explain it.
She's different from all of her friends, sure, they all carried the same humor, but there was something different.
I couldn't put my finger on what.
It was wrong to think this way, especially considering our age gap, it may not have been much. Only two years.
