I sprayed perfume on my pressure points, being sure that I was going to smell decent. One of my biggest fears was smelling bad.

I think my outfit was fine, I didn't want to overdo it, considering that he said pizza and a movie. Also, I may freeze to death but it's fine. No big deal.

I had on a pair of dark brown sweatpants, they were low rise because... high rise makes me look like an absolute idiot.

I paired it with a white cropped tank top and you were able to see my bra straps, which thankfully i'd found bra that was the same color as the pants.

That way it doesn't look stupid.

But of course, I had a zip up on standby for when i'd be going out the door.

I figured that I wasn't going to ask to go out, I usually asked the day before.

But if i'm already fully dressed and he's outside then she can't really say no.

My phone lit up on my vanity.

Tom: Here

I got my balances on and ran down the hall. "Mom, i'm going to Tom and Bill's house!" I called out, grabbing my purse off of our living room couch.

"Says who?" She came in from the kitchen, with a cup of coffee in hand.

"I asked you a couple days ago, remember? You said I could." I lied.

"Oh... okay, Simone will be there?"

No.

"Probably. It's Saturday." I shrugged, my mother took a sip of her coffee.

"Okay, tell her I say hi... oh and tell the boys that we miss them and they should come by soon." She smiled.

I'm not saying any of that, but sure.

"Yeah sure, i'll be home before 8:00." I assured, already on my way out the door. I shut it behind me and rushed over to Tom's car before she could change her mind.

"Hey, I figured it was best to not knock on the door. I knew i'd never be able to leave after that." Tom greeted.

My mother is definitely... talkative.

"That's okay, hurry up before she comes out here and starts talking." I said, as I slid my zip up off of my shoulders.

It was a quick drive over to his house, we made some small talk. I didn't really know what to say. I was panicking all of last night, like literally straight up crashing out.
