Clem's POV

Typing a patients information onto the computer, someone sat on the desk. Pausing, I lifted my head to see Riley smiled at me. I smiled back. "Yes, Riley? Do you need something?"

Being back at work after I...shifted...Riley tend to come with and kept an eye on me since I just turned and being a werewolf, it easy to anger them hence people, aka humans, can easily get hurt. So, it'll be best if she was around and stepped in if need be. Plus, we've also been getting closer.

She wanted me to stay home for a few weeks to get used to being a freshly made werewolf but I quickly turned that down.

"How about, you and I go on a date tomorrow night? A new restaurant opened up and I want you to take you there. Sounds good?" A date? That sounds fun, I don't remember the last time I went on a date. But, "Who's going to watch the boys?"

"My dad. He always get excited about watching them. He doesn't show it, but they love spending time with Elijah and Levi. He even started buying them a bunch of toys." I giggled, remembering how during the past week how Alpha has been gifting the boys a much of toys, which my permission of course, which I don't really mind.

"So? Up for a night with the most handsome werewolf in the city?"

Chuckling, I shook my head. "Okay. I'll take you up on your offer." Riley grinned, pushing herself off the desk. "It's a date then. See you tomorrow at eight, okay?"

"Eight it is." Giving me one last smile, Riley turned and walked away to the break room. A little bounce in her step.

Sighing, I turned back to my computer and went back to typing. I wonder what the boys will think about this.

"How do I look?" Walking out of my bedroom, fixing my earring, Elijah looked up from the toy he was playing with on the couch and stared at me. Eyes going wide as he smiled. "You so pretty mama!"

Levi looked too, not reacting as he stared at me on the ground for a moment before turning back and started playing with his toys.

I'm wearing a long black bodycon with a slit that showed most of my leg, black couple inch heels, golden hoop earrings, and red lipstick. My hair, as always, was covering my eyes.

Hearing a knock on the door, I went over to it. My heels clicking against the wooden floor and when I opened it, I saw Alpha standing there. He smiled when I opened the door.

"Hey there, Clementine." I moved out of the way for him to come in. "Beautiful night, isn't it?" Smiling gently at me, he pointed behind him. "She's waiting for you."

Tilting my head confused, I looked outside to see Riley leaning against a fancy car, wearing a black suit. Her sleeves rolled up and her hair tied back like always. She pulled her hand out of her pocket and waved at me, pushing herself off the car.

I put up a finger, telling her to give me a second. She nodded her head, putting her hand back into her pocket. Smiling, I spun around and went back to the boys.

Going onto my knees, Elijah in front of me, staring at me, I smiled at him. "Eli, mama is going out to spend some time with a friend. She might be home until later tonight, okay, baby?"

He nodded. "Okay mama."

Leaning forward, I pressed a kiss against his cheek. Turning to Levi and giving him a kiss as well. He hummed, turning to me and pressing a kiss against my cheek behind his pacifier.

Standing up, I dust off my dress. Saying a one more quick goodbye to the boys as well as Alpha before leaving the apartment, locking the door behind me.

Going down the stairs, Riley watched me. Pushing herself of the car and patiently waited until I was down and walked over to her.

"You look very beautiful, tonight, love." She took my hand and pressed a kiss on the backhand of it. Sparks shot up my arm, making me shiver.

Chuckling, I didn't pull away from her. "So, are you saying that I don't look beautiful most of the time?"

Riley laughed, shaking her head as she raised her head, looking down at me. "You know what I'm talking about."

Slipping her hand out of mine, Riley turned and opened the car door for me. Giving a little bow. "After you, my lady." Smiling, I climbed in. "Thank you, kind sir." Riley held back a chuckle as she rolled her eyes.

Closing the door, Riley walked behind the car to get to the driver seat. Getting in and closing the door behind her. Sighing, she turned to me. "Ready?"

I nodded, putting on my seatbelt. "Ready."

Smiling, Riley turned to the wheel, put on her seatbelt, and turned the key. The car lit to life and Riley drove off towards the city. It was beautiful, seeing all the lights. I normally don't go outside when it's dark. But, being out with Riley, it feels special. Nice. I'm glad that I decided to go on a date with her.
