Prologue

"I like you!" Maki Kaminari confessed.

"Huh?" Todoroki stared at the black haired girl in front of him. Her bright yellow eyes shinning brightly, full of determination.

"I like you. Actually, it might be more than like..." She trailed off. Todoroki still stared at her, confused.

"Why?" The peppermint haired boy asked. Maki furrowed her eyebrows.

"Why do I like you?"

"Yeah." He said bluntly. She thought about it for a second.

"I like that you're so awkward at times but so admirable at other times. You're so cool and strong yet so cute. You're so innocent. And you're so fucking funny when you don't mean to be." She explained, giggling to herself.

"You're also hot. Like, damn. Cold soba mad you HOT." She added. The boy in front of her thought over her words. He put his hand on his forehead.

"I'm not hot." He said making her laugh.

"I meant that you're very attractive. Oh! I also love your bluntness. I love everything about you... I love you." She confessed. He stared at her as she faced the ground.

"I'm sorry... I don't really understand what you mean. I've never been in love or even had a crush on someone." Todoroki admitted.

"What!?"

"Is that a bad thing?" He asked. She immediately shook her head. That's when an idea came go her head.

"Todoroki!"

"Yes?"

"What if I took you on one hundred dates so you figure out what it's like to be with someone. Would you like that?" She asked him. I thought about it for a second.

"Would you really do that for me?" He asked. She nodded.

"But wait. What do you get out of this?" He asked her. He kinda felt like he was taking advantage of her.

"Huh? Oh, I get to go on dates with you!" She smiled at him happily. He didn't understand why that ,ade her happy, but he wanted to.

"Then, let's do this." He lent his hand out to her.

"Hell yeah!" She shook his hand.
