Hashimoto Masayoshi POV:

"I already said I'm sorry. I'll be right there, princess."

"If you're already showing up late to our meetings when it hasn't even been a month, I'm afraid things will only get more difficult from here on out, Hashimoto-kun."

"It's just a one-time thing, nothing to worry about."

With that I hung up the phone. For such a small girl she sure has one hell of a mouth on her. For some reason Sakayanagi decided we'd be meeting at her dorm this time. Usually, if she needs to talk to us, we'd go to karaoke or one of the many cafés in Keyaki Mall. I wonder if it's a special occasion.

"No use thinking about it," I muttered to myself.

I got onto the elevator and ran into Sanada, a classmate of mine who I'd consider a friend along with Ayanokouji.

"Good morning, Hashimoto-kun. You're out early today, are you heading somewhere?"

"I've got a date today. I have to make a good impression by showing up early, right?"

Sanada rolled his eyes. "Well good luck with that, Hashimoto-kun." He exited the elevator before it closed and I was left by myself. I pressed the button to go to the 9th floor and the elevator started slowly ascending.

When it got to the 9th floor I quickly made my way out of the elevator and headed to room 904, Sakayanagi's room. When I arrived I knocked on the door, waiting for a response. After a few moments of silence the door finally opened.

"You're late, Hashimoto." The one who opened the door wasn't Sakayanagi, but our classmate, Kamuro Masumi.

"Hey now, don't be like that, Masumi-chan. I already got an earful from the princess not even 10 minutes ago. I don't need you to add onto it as well."

"Just because Sakayanagi-san calls me Masumi, doesn't mean you get to. It's Kamuro to you."

"Right, right, Kamuro-chan."

Kamuro rolled her eyes and let me inside. She may act tough, but it's surprisingly easy to tease her. When I noticed Sakayanagi calling her 'Masumi-san' not even a week after school started, I decided to have some fun with it for myself.

"So this is the room of the princess of class A? I was expecting a bit more decor, but you can work on that."

Sakayanagi's room was surprisingly empty in terms of decor and personal belongings. There were a few small potted plants scattered about, but that's about it. Then again, I think I'm on the extreme opposite side of things considering the 7 boxes I had to unpack the first night on campus.

"Remind me again why you call Sakayanagi-san princess? It gives me the creeps," Kamuro said.

"She is our princess, is she not? She'll be our class leader in a few days anyways. The title fits her."

"Are you sure you're not just calling her princess to have people call you prince in the future?"

"I will leave that to your imagination, Masumi-chan."

"Ka-Mu-Ro."

"Now now, you two. I think we have more pressing matters on our hands than something as trivial as nicknames." Sakayanagi cut into our conversation, a smug smile plastered on her face just like always.

Kamuro glared at me one last time before she sat down on a pillow on the floor. Sakayanagi meanwhile was sitting on her bed. Now that I think about it, this is probably the first time I've seen her in her casual clothes.

"So, what was so urgent that this couldn't wait until after class next week?" I asked.

"I could've waited until after school, but I figured a change in scenery wouldn't be all too bad. We've never been together during the weekends after all."
