Chapter 109

Haseena was working in her cabin with all her seriousness, in between tucking her silky hair behind her ears which were disturbing her view. She was tired due to the work since morning and it seemed there was some mistake in the file she was reading as she scrunched her nose with an irked face.

Here someone was gazing at her each action very carefully and smiling to herself like a love-sick puppy while leaning on her bike outside the thana at some distance and sipping her 5th cup of tea, since last 2 hours.

After a few minutes, Haseena kept her pen down and leaned on her chair, stretching her shoulders a little and closing her eyes for a few moments. Then she opened her eyes and looked at Karishma's photo frame kept on her table with a smile.

Karishma's grin widened as she saw Haseena smiling showcasing her flawless dimples, also realising the reason behind this beautiful smile. By then Haseena picked up the photo frame in her hand and started to caress it affectionately.

Karishma chuckled at her wife's cute antics and decided to call her on the mobile.

As soon as Haseena saw her name flashing on her phone's screen, her eyes shone with happiness and she smiled with cute blush visible on her face.

Karishma was amused at Haseena's level of happiness, just by her one phone call and she smiled warmly with a content heart.

Karishma said with a knowing smile "Yaad aa rahi hai hamari?"

She observed Haseena, who had closed her eyes with a calm smile, listening to her voice and then replied in a teasing way "Nahi toh, hum busy hain bahot!"

Karishma shook her head with an unbelievable expression and said with a mischievous smile "Kisi ki tasweer dekhne me?"

Haseena quickly looked outside her cabin and found Karishma sitting on her bike with a smile, near badnaam's stall. Karishma winked at her with a naughty smile.

A big smile crept on Haseena's face and she asked on the phone, gesturing with her hands as well "Aap kab aayi yahan?"

Then her eyes fell on the half dozen empty tea cups kept beside her on the table nearby. Haseena glared at her sternly while Karishma just gave her a sheepish smile.

Karishma replied in a flirting way "Chup chup ke aapko niharne me jo maza hai, uski baat hi alag hai."

Haseena scratched her forehead slightly to hide her blushing smile but Karishma didn't miss the chance to notice that priceless expression.

Karishma asked again in a loving tone "Batayiye na, Yaad aa rahi thi hamari?"

Haseena looked at Karishma with an unbelievable expression and replied with a crimson hue clearly visible on her face "Haan thodi thodi!

Karishma smiled widely at her response and blew a flying kiss at her. Haseena signalled her to come inside and both disconnected the call.

Karishma entered the cabin and stood in front of her with a joyful smile. Haseena stared at her innocent face with a calm mind and asked in a soft tone "Andar nahi aa sakti thi, kab se bahar khadi hain?"

Karishma replied sincerely "Nahi woh humne dekha aap busy thi, toh socha aapko disturb nahi karte hain. Bus abhi 2 hi ghante hue hain."

Haseena looked at her with a stern smile and said taunting her "Bus itni si der, kam se kam raat tak bahar khadi rehti, 10-15 cup chai aur pi leti hain na!"

Karishma smiled nervously, to which Haseena shook her head in disbelief and said "Baithiye ab, Aapka hi thana hai."

Karishma nodded negatively and said in a soft tone "Nahi woh Aadya ko lene Jana hai, Ammi ke pass hi rehne ki zidd kar rahi thi subah, toh wahi par hi hai."
