On their way out of the cruise ship,Jaebum saw Jinyoung place a chaste kiss on the same 'close friend' from the previous night before parting. A jolt of unease sparked through him.
No it can't be! He cursed himself in his head for thinking about the situation too much. It must be that his rival got a good lay in this vacation while he spent the night blacked out drunk. It's probably his rivalry talking in his head. He couldn't tear his gaze away from the pair and saw as Jinyoung's laughter echoed through the air.
After they got on the private jet that Kim Dae-yun had paid for,he tried to distract himself with music but the constant itch came returning back. So he just came clear to Jinyoung,in a way you think he did.
"So...got a good lay than?" He cleared his throat. Jinyoung looked surprised by his question.
"Yeah, met an old acquaintance. He was hot. Speaking of,what happened to you last night? Seems like someone didn't get laid"
Jaebum rolled his eyes, "I was off work after a long time and I drank something strong, that was it," He added, "Are you guies a thing now?"
"Naah,it was just one night. He stays in Florida so. It was nothing." Jinyoung shrugged, opening the magazine which was infront of him giving him his cue to stop talking.
Jaebum sighed and leaned back on his seat. He wondered if any of the flight attendants would be interested in a quickie with him. He brushed away the thought as soon as it entered, instead he called them for a cup of strong black coffee to clear his head.
As the flight takes off,Jaebum indulges in a book that he always carries wherever he goes. Judging from his exterior, people wouldn't really take him to be a reading person but who thought? He has an entire library room in his apartment.
The flight was relatively quit except for the humming of the engine and Jackson's occasional giggles because of whatever he was watching with headphones on. He didn't necessarily hate the guy as much as his boss-which he questioned now- but he didn't seem to like him either. The said man was a big ball of energy even at 7 in the morning. Meanwhile Mark was sat on the other end, taking a nap which he probably couldn't take because of him.
Halfway into his book he felt a nudge on his shoulder, which when he turned he saw two big black orbs staring at him.
"Whatchya reading?" Jinyoung asked hopefully.
"Uh- " Jaebum checked the cover of the book before replying, "At Dusk by Hwang Sok-yong. It's a um- phycological fiction."
"I haven't read that one yet" the latter informed.
"Maybe you could try reading it,I'm half way into it and it's quite interesting"
Jinyoung made a face at that, "I doubt your taste in whatever"
Jaebum scoffed, "It's better than yours clearly. Atleast I don't sleep with someone who has a side buzz even in his 30s"
Jinyoung felt offended, "you're just jealous"
Jaebum took a deep breathe, "what- what do you mean?"
"I mean that you're just jealous because I got layed and you just got shit faced drunk" with that being said,Jinyoung turned on his seat and put his headphones back on. Jaebum controlled his urge to knock him out with his book and turned his attention back to it.
After they returned back, they were faced with the huge workload and deadline looming over them. They quickly threw themselves in work, attending meetings, discussing labour , capitals , raw materials among themselves first and discussing it with their factory workers later. They would have to import some goods from abroad for the project. Jaebum and Jinyoung both worked together for the rough design of the bike and they completed their pre-execution work roughly 15 days prior to their meeting with Kim Dae-yun.
