On the way back from Y/N's dorm Theo and I chatted about our little black books. Or more so I talked, and he went 'mhm' every so often. We came up with the idea last year, in year three. We decided that because we were thirteen, it was best we started hanging around girls, and the black books made it a competition. Last year, the points system were based off of how hot the girl was, how popular she was, what house she's in, what year she's in, and what we managed to do with them. Because we were only 13 or 14 last year, we kept how far we went with them to a minimum, or at least some of us did.
Okay, a little bit more on how the points work.
For example. Last year, Blaise got with the girl Katie Bell, he got 23 points from it. After a group discussion we decided on that many because of the following reasons.
1. She's a 6/10 for looks, therefore 6 points.
2. She's a 6/10 for popularity, that makes 12 points.
3. She's in Gryffindor, which on our 'smash-ability-scale' rates in at number 4. Being in Slytherin gets you number 1 spot. Hufflepuff surprisingly comes in as number 2, mainly for the fact that it's so hard to convince them do anything with a Slytherin. Ravenclaw is number 3 spot, and Gryffindor number 4. It's easy to just flip the scale around for points, meaning you get 4 points for a Slytherin, 3 points for a Hufflepuff, and so on. That gives him only 1 more point.
4. She was in year 4 when the action happened, so plus 4 points, which gives a total of 17.
5. All they did was cuddle and kiss twice while watching a movie, which gets a score of 5/10. On last years' scale at least.
That gave Blaise a total of 23 points, not bad, but could be better. The max number of points possible being 41. The most points anyone got last year was Mattheo, he full on slept with this girl, like sex-sex. He was the first to have done it, he was 13, and gained a whole 45 points from the situation. That's right he quite literally broke our scale. At the beginning of last year we had agreed that head would take the 10/10 place on the spice level, and when Mattheo broke the scale, we figured we'd just award him with double points. Mattheo ended up winning the book totals last year on 113 points and 5 girls, Theo with a close second with 102 points and 7 girls, then me on 93 points and 5 girls, then Blaise with 87 and 5 girls, then Draco with only 74 and 3 girls.
Draco got with barely any girls last year, he says it's because Astoria and him have been talking, but I think he's just a pussy.
This year, since we're older it's the obvious thing to up the spice level score. Last year we were only 13 or 14, this year most of us are turning 15 if we haven't already turned it. Last year, having sex with a girl once wasn't even on the chart, and holding hands was rated a 1/10. This year holding hands doesn't even rate, and you have to have proper sex with a girl for 10/10.
I'm ready for the challenge, and this year, I'm going to win.
