"This should hopefully be enough" I say to myself. After picking up Alex and Ben from day-care, we made a quick visit to the store to buy two dozen cans of tomatoes. While on patrol with Bishop, Tim got sprayed by a skunk. I would be lying if I said I didn't laugh when Grey told me.

Tim was coming over for dinner tonight (something pre- planned before he got sprayed), but he wasn't coming inside my house smelling like that. So, he was going to have a bath in tomatoes outside in the kids pool, which I still had from when the boys were just babies. After 30 minutes he was going to have another bath, inside this time. Hot water and baking-soda, for 15-20 minutes. I'm not sure if they are going to work, but we'll give it a go.

"Mummy, why do we need this many tomatoes?" Alex asked while walking beside me, with Ben on the other side.

"Because Tim met a shunk today and now he smells. So, he's going to have a bath in these tomatoes and then have another bath afterwards."

"Smelly Tim" Ben said afterwards.

We check out and I make sure the boys were in the car before filling the back with cans.

30 minutes later

"Mummy!" the boys yell while running outside. They've been on the look out for when Tim arrives.

"NO RUNNING INSIDE!" I yell from the backyard. I'm helping Mrs Yong open all these cans and emptying them in the little kid's pool.

"Tim's here, Tim's here." They say, standing at the back door.

"Alright, come on" I say, putting the last cans into the bin bag before walking towards the boys. They follow as I walk towards the front door, opening it the slightest just as Tim was about to reach the door himself.

"Can you walk around back please, the side gate is open for you" I say quickly with a smile smile.

"Why?" He asked looking confused.

"Please"

"...Fine" he looked at me before walking towards the side gate. The boys go to the back door again, just as Mrs Yong had come back inside, closing the back door behind her.

We all watch as Tim walks around the conner but stops when he notices the kids pool full of tomatoes soup. He slowly turns to face us, looking unimpressed.

"Really! I've had like three showers"

"Well, I'm sorry to say, they didn't work. Just lay in the tomatoes for 30 minutes and then we will hose you off. Then you'll have a bath, hot water and baking soda for 15 – 20 minutes."

I say poking my head out the door so he can hear me. He looks between us, and the kids pool again. Not looking impressed.

"Do I really need too?"

"Yes. There's cold beer's in the cooler and by the time you have had your baking soda bath, dinner will be ready"

He doesn't say anything. After a few seconds he starts to take his shirt off, his pants following. I quickly turn around and focus on the boys.

"Alright you two, who wants to colour?"

"MEEEE!" they run off to get their colouring stuff from their room.

"What did I say about running inside!"

"Sorry!"

"Now that's what you call a man, hello " I hear Mrs Yong say from beside me. I quickly turn towards her confused.

"What?"

"Look at that body, Oh MY GOD look at those muscles, dam, is it getting hot in here or is it just me" She said while fanning herself, I turn to see what she was looking at. Tim was only in his boxers and was getting into the kid's pool. We watch as he sits down, flexing his back as his goes.
