It all falls down

Two months later
Miguel got a call saying that Emily passed, which he thought made everything easier he didn't have to worry about a custody battle or giving her money or things coming to light he didn't want to come to light. He told EZ the one who had been with her everyday in the hospital that he would pay for the funeral to make sure no heat came to him about her death. He still maintained the fact he didn't do anything so paying for her funeral made him look like a saint. That's when you walk into his office Cristobal in your arms your pregnant belly is very prominent now since you were lounging around the house today all you had on was one of Miguel sleep shirts and thats it "sweetie there a man here for you." You said Miguel's face fell into one of anger "Did you open the door dressed like that." He asked you looked down at what you have on. "No Louisa told me there was a man at the door asking for one of us since I'm not dressed I came and got you that, and I know they're not here for me." His smile returned to his face. "Ok I'll be down in a minute." He said "Ok well since someone is here now I'm going to get dressed would you take Cristobal." You asked "of course." He took Cristobal from your arms and you kissed each other and walked to your shared bedroom. You changed into a sundress that showed your bump with sandals and you fish tail a braid in your hair. You reach the bottom of the stairs when you see a man with a leather vest on that said prospect he stood with Miguel as they whispered yelled to one another you assumed Maria had Cristobal because Miguel wasn't holding him any more. You walked up to Miguel and he sees you wraps his arm around you. "Wow you move fast your wife's body's not even cold and you got someone else pregnant." "She's was not my wife she always had one foot out the door she loved you more than she loved me it was easy for her to marry me yeah my life is complicated but she never loved me." Miguel said telling the truth "Im sorry I didn't want that to happen." The man said with a frown. "Y/n this is EZ EZ this is y/n." "Hello it's nice to meet you." You look over to Miguel. "Where is my baby." You said "Miria went to change him I wanted to take you all out." Miguel said "Ok I'm going to go check on them I love you." You kiss his check and walked away. He said I love you to as you walked away you turn around and smile. When you walked into the room you saw Miria putting socks on Cristobal "There's my boy." You said walking over to Cristobal and Miria "I got it, did Miguel tell you we are going out I want you to come with us I've been getting more drowsy since I got pregnant." You said she smile at you "yes ma'am." I told you, you can call me y/n." She nods and you pick up Cristobal and he says mama and you pick up the toy in his crib and hand it to him. "Would you put the stroller in the car just incase we need it and get the diaper bag and put new clothes in it please and put it in the car. "Yes of course what ever you need." She said with a smile "Thank you." You smile at her again and walk out of the room you meet Miguel in his office. You sit down in the chair across from him at his desk sitting Cristobal on your lap and play with his toy. "What are we doing today." You ask Miguel he sets the paper he has in his hand down he smiled at you. "I was thinking we could go shopping for the new baby now that we know they're a girl." Miguel said "Are you excited to be having a baby girl." You said. "Yes now I have another princess to spoil." He said. "I know if you have anything to do with it she will be spoiled rotten." You say. "Please I wouldn't be a very good papi if I didn't spoil her." He said. "You are a very good daddy to us you're going to be the best papi to her." You said. "Thank you." He said "I also want to take you to lunch I have a surprise for you." He said "I can't wait." You stood up "I'll meet you at the car." You said as you walked to the door of his office. "Wait I'll come with you." He said fallowing behind you he put his hand on your back and rub Cristobal's cheek he giggled and started to repeatedly saying dada. You get outside and hand Miguel Cristobal so he could load him into the car seat because he didn't want you to strain yourself. You got in the back seat and buckled up when you arrived at the restaurant Miguel got Cristobal out of the back seat Nestor and Miria stayed in the car you fallow Miguel into the restaurant and went to the host stand. "Mr. and Mrs Galindo your special table is ready." The hostess says as she walks you to a table that had pink rose peddles scattered all over the table it was in a private room candles where lit the light were a little low and the hostess gestured for you to sit down and you did. "What is all this." You say as you sit Cristobal down in the high chair. "Like I said it's a surprise." You sit down and go on with the meal when dessert comes Miguel pulls out a big engagement ring and asked you to marry him you said yes of course. You finish up and leave to get in the car to go to a baby boutique this time Maria and Nestor came in you basically bought everything in the store that was pink being that you are a girly girl and of course you bought things for Cristobal as well. You bought everything from clothes to bottle to diapers and everything in between. When you finally get it all loaded up you're so tired you're so ready to go home and relax. "I'm sorry sweetheart but I have to go handle some business then I'll meet you at home where we can celebrate in the bedroom." He said wrapping his arms around you with a smirk. You heard Nestor groan and you and Miguel both laugh. "Ok the other car is here they're going to take you and Maria and Cristobal back to the house." The guard got out and got in the car you had been riding in all day cause it had your stuff and the car seat. "She's to tired I don't want her carrying anything not even Cristobal no bags nothing that why I pay you guys." Miguel says in a tone that left no room for questions they nod and get in the car. What you didn't realize is a car fallowed you it wasn't till they pulled out in front of you that you realized you were in trouble. They got out and had gun and where wearing animal mask and had guns all though you were clearly pregnant they made you get on you knees with Cristobal in your arms he started to cry the guard and Maria where laying belly down with there hands on there head You tried to calm him down but he was scared the one with the bunny mask said kill the king save Mexico in Spanish then tried to take Cristobal from you. You fought her then she point the gun at the guards had a shot him then pointed the gun at Miria. You gave them Cristobal and as they were walking way you realized this was Miguel's man car with means there's a gun under the seat you got it quickly and shot at the both. They hit the ground and the one not holding Cristobal while holding his side returns fire you shot at him again a he doesn't move after that. You approach the one that has Cristobal slowly they were laying on top of him when you flip there body over you thank god Cristobal is alive and do a once over and figure out all the blood is the persons that was holding him. You pick him up and look over at Miria who still looks scared you hold him to your chest and bounce him so he doesn't cry anymore. "Please get my phone I hid it between the seats when all of this went down." She nods and makes a b-line for the car and is back with your phone in a flash. You call Miguel and he pick up on the second ring. "Hey is everything ok." He asked thats when for the first time you started to cry you weren't a big cryer. "They tried to take Cristobal but I stopped them." you said through tears he didn't need to hear anything else "ok I'm on my way." He said and the line went dead you gave Cristobal to Maira and told her to go sit in the car 20 minutes later Miguel pulled in with Nestor he saw the scene in front of him and asked "what happened." He asked. "We where ambushed they ran the car off the road made us all get out when they tried to take Cristobal I refused and they shot Derek after making them lay flat on their stomach the I let them take Cristobal as a distraction and got the gun you kept under the seat and shot them and took our son back." You explained "You did that all by yourself." He said "yes I couldn't let them take him they said something in Spanish kill the king save Mexico." You said as and his face went from one of concern to anger. "I know who did this I'll handle it I just want you all to go to the hospital and get checked out that was a lot of stress for you and the baby." Miguel said "Ok." You said and he pulls you into his arms. Miguel took out his phone and talk into the phone in Spanish you didn't know what he was saying he got off the phone and walked back to you. "Let's go I got people coming to deal with this." He's pulls you into the car the entire car ride you spent staring off into space you can't believe you killed two people. You felt Miguel's hand take yours and lightly squeeze it "It's going to be ok I have everything handled this will never touch you I promise." But you weren't worried about going to jail you knew he'd never let that happened you were worried about losing yourself. Just like when you were a kid you had to talk yourself down. When you got to the hospital you all were checked out and everyone was ok physically but you would never be the same mentally.
