He walks through his front door and she already giving him the third degree. "Where were you." She asked crossing her arm over her chest. Miguel looks down at her then rolls his eyes "I had work to do over the border." He said stick to the lie from before. "What happened to the bread you were supposed to be getting on your way back I had to send Luisa out for it." She said. "Who cares about that I want to talk to you." he said with anger in his eye now that he was getting worked up. "We are talk." He just looked at her and blurted out "I want a divorce." Emily looked at him stunned she breaths out a sigh of relief. "Thank God I've been seeing EZ since he got out and I'm tired of sneaking around." She said. He got mad "did you have sex with him." She looks at him a nods yes. His anger got the best of him and he slaps her in the face. "I work hard everyday for you to cheat on me with some Boy Scout prospect, I work hard for the life you have, you have 20 minutes to get your things and get out and leave my son here." Miguel said in a yell, yes he was with someone last night but come on he did have sex with her they just talk. "He my son too." She said in anger. "You're not leaving with my son I'll kill you before I let that happen." So she just packed her thing and leaves going to stay with EZ. Miguel breath out a sigh of relief even though he knew it wasn't over that easy but for now he had to get y/n moved in. He was so happy that's when the nanny walked in with Cristobal he smile so big and took him from her "your new mommy's going to be moving in soon." He said as he held Cristobal to his chest and rocked him. His phone rang and he picked it up its Nestor "she's leaving her house with her grandma should we fallow her." "Yes I want to make sure she's ok as a matter of fact take her where she needs to go and get her what ever she wants and if she ask tell her I'll meet her for dinner I've got a surprise for her don't tell her but I kick Emily out and I'm going to move her in." "What if she doesn't want to move in I mean you have only known each other a day and you live a big dangerous life." "She's my soulmate she'll move in she'll do what ever I say." Miguel smiled and hung up the phone.

You got your grandmother up so she could change and eat her breakfast in enough time to walk to her doctors at 11 it's 8 o'clock now. You change you clothes to in to a crop t-shirt and jean shorts and sandals you put you hair up a pony tail you weren't a make up person so you didn't own any but now you thought with such a high profile man maybe you should but that's a problem for another time. Your grandmother sat at the small table in her kitchen she was drinking coffee you came down the stairs to the kitchen and started to make breakfast. "So do you want to tell me why a cartel bosses mom was in my home taking care of me or are we going to act like that didn't happen." "I would really prefer not to but I guess I do owe you an explanation." That's when you explain that her son Miguel was your soulmate and that he's leaving his wife and everything else. "He's very dangerous and the life he leads will get you killed I don't want to have to explain to your parents you were killed because of that man criminal enterprise." I honestly don't think they would care now that if found him he could be el Diablo and I don't think they would care." You said your grandmother snickered "that's funny because that's what they call him." Now it was your turn to snicker "I don't care what they call him he's still my soulmate." "He's killed people." She says it like it's just so easy to say you took the phone from your pocket and see that it's 10 o'clock and you need to be heading out soon. "Gran we need to go I know they walk is far since we have to go to the hospital and not to your doctor right down the street." She was getting test ran and you had looked up how far the hospital was by walking and it a 45 minute walk. You knew the discussion wasn't over but you had things to do. You finished getting ready and walk out the door you got about two blocks down the road with your gran when Nestor pulls up beside you. "Miguel doesn't want you to be out walking like this he wants me to take you where ever you need to go." "Ok." You said stepping towards the car door but Nestor step out and open the door for you and your grandma. "Where is Miguel what's he doing." "Well he's got business over the border about a new land deal but he said he'll be back in time to take you to dinner he's got a surprise for you." You smile and look out the window of the back seat you watch as the scenery passes. Then Nestor speaks again "he wants me to shadow you make sure you're taken care of." "That's fine." You said as you pull into the hospital Nestor parks the car and gets out to open the door for you and your grandmother Nestor walk behind you as you walk in the building holding your grandmothers hand you sat her down in the waiting room and went to the front counter to check her in Nestor fallowing a few steps behind you. You smile at the nurse behind the counter "hello I'm here to check my grandmother in her name is y/g/n." "Ok here she is for her appointment today it will be 543 dollars." "What she has insurance why is it so much." "Her insurance doesn't cover the specialized test she's getting." "What's the point of insurance if it doesn't cover what she needs." You were starting to get heated. "Look I don't have that." You said "I do" Nestor said behind you as you step away from the counter after you tell her you will be back. "What no that's a lot of money." "Miguel told me to get you what ever you needed." "I get that but I don't think he meant something so expensive." Nestor laugh "500 dollars isn't anything to Miguel." "Ok but I would feel a lot more comfortable if we called and ask first." Nestor pulled out his phone and called Miguel as the phone rings Nestor hands you the phone and Miguel picks it up on the fourth ring. "What's up Nestor." Miguel asked through the phone. "It's not Nestor it me." "What do you need mi amor." "Ok my grans hospital visit is 543 dollars and Nestor said you would pay for it but I can't expect that's its to much." Now it was Miguel turn to laugh "sweetheart 543 dollars is not a lot to me I told him to cover and do what ever you needed. "Thank you are you sure." Yes baby but I was in a meeting so I have to go I love you and see you tonight." He said so smoothly you stop for a second "I love you to see you tonight." You hung up the phone and hand it back to Nestor "ok" you say and nod you head Nestor fallows you back up to the counter and pulls out his wallet and pays for the bill. Your gran has her appointment and you go to grab lunch with her after. "Are we going to continue talking about what we were talking about this morning." You look over at Nestor who was standing next to you both and although he was pretending not to listen you know he's close enough to hear everything. "I don't want to talk about this here." You whispered looking back at your grandmother with wide eyes. Your grandmother look at the back of Nestor then to you. "Ok we will continue this talk later." She said as the waitress approaches and set down the menus the waitress looks at you then Nestor and the smile fell from her face and was replaced with fear then the smile returned "what can I get for you she said with a little shake in her voice. You smile at her and ordered a burger and onion rings and a drink and your grandmother order veggie soup. About 10 minutes late your food came out "wow that was fast." She set the food down in front of you and smiled "can I get you anything else really anything." Um I could use a refill please." I think she moved fast then that flash and set the drink back down in front of you. "Anything else." Her smile falters a little then it was back. You smiled "no we're good thank you." You finished your food when the bill came Nestor pulled out his wallet and walked to the counter to pay the bill even though you tried to argue about it but he won say it what Miguel would have wanted lol like he is dead. You leave a tip and stand up Nestor sees and picks the money up and puts back in you hand. "I already tipped." You smile and put the money back in you purse on your way back home Nestor gets a call from Miguel asking him to take him home then come to him they have business they need to attend to and that a different guard is on his way he ok speaker so you just say thank you I love you and Nestor hangs up. You get dropped at home and the other guard isn't here yet but you tell him "it's fine it shouldn't be that long" and he leaves with a hug.
