Chapter 29

*Three weeks later*

Joyce POV:

Im still stuck at this place. Im getting weaker and weaker. I cant do this any longer. Garth has seen how my condition was but he didnt care at all. The son of a bitch. I walked carefully to the couch and collapsed. Garth came in and saw that I was on the couch. He walked to the kitchen and gave me some food. Thank god. Im hungry like a horse. Ha ha Iknow. My horse also sighed in delight when I swallowed the first bite. I ate the rest and saw Garth look at my body. "What? You did this to me, by not feeding me." I said amd he sighed. "Im sorry about that." He said. Yeahright thought Mystic. Michael must save me, otherwise Im not alive anymore. Its Mystic that keeps me going but Im slowly giving up. Garth stood up and carried me back to my room. He gave me three bottles of water. I drank one empty right away. Yep, those were 1.5 L bottles. I was so thirsty. I needed the fluid. Mystic also felt better. I layed down and looked at the ceiling. Why he must torture me? Why?

Suddenly Garth comes in again and picks me up. "We have to leave." He said and he snatched the bottles. He put me down in KARR. He gave me a pillow and a blanket. He layed the bottles beside me and stepped in. He sped off and I fell asleep. I needed the strength.

Garth wakes me up suddenly. He picked me up and layed me down in the airplane. Then Mystic gives me a signal. Michael is close. Are you serious? OMG. Hes here. Then I heard his voice. "Where is Joyce Garth." I heard him yell pissed. I heard Garth his footsteps and heard that they were fighting. And besides I heard KITT fighting KARR. I stood up unsteady on my legs and walked carefully to the plane door. I saw KITT defeating KARR and Michael defeated Garth, amd handcuffed him. KARR and Garth surrendering, kept in sight by KITT. Michael saw me standing there and ran to me. I collapsed in his arms right away. I saw him gasp when he saw my body. "Oh sweetheart. Ill take care of you." He said and picked me up bridal style. He called the ambulance and in a few minute they were here. Thank god. He saved me.

Michaels POV:

I found Joyce and Garth. He was driving her to the airport. Not gonna let that happen. Garth, youre fucked. Youre not gonna get away with this. Im gonna get yo ass back to jail and you will stay there forever, son of a bitch. How dares he to steal her away.

When we were on our way, I had a good feeling. "Michael, I think we found her." He said happily. "KITT. Iknow for sure that we found her pal." I said and drove in speed to the airport. There I see Garth carry Joyce into the plane. I saw her starved body. What the fuck he did to her! I yelled where she was, and Garth came to me. He started to fight me but he lost. I also saw KITT fight KARR. But Garth forgot to put a better defenseshield on KARR. So KITT defeated him quickly and easy. When I handcuffed Garth I saw Joyce standing there. I saw her muscleless body. I ran to her. She collapsed into my arms. "Its all gonna be alright sweetheart." I said and picked her up bridalstyle. I carried her to KITT and he called an ambulance. In 5 minutes Devon was there with the cops and took KARR and Garth with them. I gave Joyce to the ambulance workers and they put her on a brancard. They put her in the ambulance and drove her to the closest hospital. I drove after the ambulance amd Devon in his limo after me.

When we arrived, Joyce was taken care of. She was laying in one of the special rooms. The doctor came to us and told us that she was dryed out and underfed. Further she was covered in bruises. The doctor let me in and I saw her laying at the IV's. It was such a sad sight to see. I sat down and when Joyce saw me, her eyes lighted up. Te next look in her eyes was sad. She also had tears in my eyes. "Im so sorry Michael." She said softly. I kissed her hand. "Its okay. The first thing you need is getting stronger." I said and I felt her horse crave for my touch. Mystic was so happy to see her mate. Im so glad I have her back. I was shocked about the amount of bruises. How could this happen! Im glad that bastard is behind bars again.
