Flying into the bridge, Osborn in his patriotic armor tosses Robin and Lila to the floor whilst he brings up all the security footage to see the situation.
As he fiddled to set up his plan, Rob Lucci strolls into the bridge, decided to be the vanguard of the hostages.
The pigeon on Rob's shoulder cooed, directing Lucci's attention to the incoming Straw Hat who made no attempts to sneak.
Loud, proud, angry and determined, they all heard him roar out.
Luffy:(in the distance) ROBIN! LILA! PIGEON GUY!!
Norman: Tch. Annoying brat...!
Norman: I've called in an emergency convoy. Evacuate the Bridge.
*STEP* *STEP*
Norman: I'll go through the window.... Remember, these hostages are our priority!!
*Pruuu-BLAM*
Firing a hole through the Bridge's window, Osborn grabbed Robin and Lila and flew out. The agents on the bridge who tried escaping were knocked away bowling pins before Luffy entered.
Luffy: Hm?
Throwing the window, Luffy saw Robin and Lila.
His eyes then met Rob. It was the pigeon with a top hat and tie that made Luffy suspect that the man in front of him was the one who launched him in between the buildings in Venice
Luffy: Hey... Are you that pigeon guy!?
Luffy: You have a pigeon on your shoulder... But its so much more dapper then the one on the guy in all black...
Rob: Yes. I am the "pigeon guy". My name is Rob Lucci.
Rob: And this is as far as you go.
Shooing away his pigeon, Rob throws away the coat draped over his shoulders.
Luffy:!
Lucci's body grows twice its size, as his muscles get bigger, his skin gains a coat of fur and he received animal like features.

*SWOOSH*
*CRASH*
The entrance to the Bridge led to a raised platform which stood over the main floor. Lucci snapped that platform after he punched Luffy into it.
Rolling onto his side, Luffy avoided a stomp onto his head.
Luffy: "Gum-Gum; Stamp"!!
Kicking, Luffy watched Lucci appear in the other side of the room with his immense speed.
*Snap*
Using the force of his leg reeling back, Luffy rolled onto his feet and leaped forward to attack.
Luffy: "Gum-Gum; Whip"!!
*Whoo-ch*
Swinging his leg across the room, the only thing Luffy hit were all the computers, swiping them to on side of the bridge the room was now completely flat and clean for the fight.
