Italic-Clone
Y/N stumbled backwards at first, the sudden appearance of the woman disturbing her and making her heart freeze in panic.
Tikki had hidden her face in Y/N's neck, not bearing the unsettling eyes of the woman either but Y/N was trying to stand upright, not letting her panic show on her face. She cradled Tikki tighter to her body.
"You look good with my child. What do you think, beauty, is there a way to get Y/N pregnant with her condition? Any spells?" The shadow teasingly asked Liv, receiving no answer.
Jennie rose slowly, making Y/N take a step backwards. She was ready to bolt, ready to save Tikki from the clutches of this pirate.
"She is not yours to claim. She belongs to Jennie." Y/N hissed at the other threateningly, still stepping back again when the clone rounded the table.
Liv gave an exasperated sigh, just burying her head in her hands. Her belly had started showing by now, and the sight made Y/N feel sick. She was bearing a child again, but this was the wrong one. That evil clone ones.
Jennie tilts her head with puckered lips. "I am Jennie, baby, just how you are Y/N. You forget that we are part of each other. That you love me too if you love her."
Y/N's back collided with something soft, gentle hands settling on her hips immediately warningly. Her own clone.
Tikki started crying softly against her neck. Y/N helplessly made cooing noises, trying to shush her gently but the poor girl was scared, not daring to utter a word. Jennie closed up on them with a grin.
"I do not love you. Leave Tikki alone." Y/N carefully did not move when that Jennie gently lifted her hand to Tikki's head, brushing through her dark locks.
Y/N had noticed that something had changed about this Jennie. Her hair was shorter now and a stark white, almost blindingly so. Did my Jennie change her appearance too?
"Don't lie, Y/N. It's this exact face that makes your heart flutter, these hands you want to feel on your skin. I'm sure that would we not speak, would we wear the same clothes, you could not discern us." The shadow lifted her eyes to Y/N's, gently lifting her hand to touch Y/N's cheek.
Y/N felt glad the shadow left Tikki alone, but at the same time a painful fear curled in her belly.
Y/N hated that this Jennie was probably right, that she would indeed not know which one of them was the right Jennie, but did it truly matter? They had to get rid of the evil one either way.
Y/N jolted when her own clone's hands on her hips slid beneath her shirt, chillingly settling on her bare skin instead. She wanted to close her eyes already, wake up on the Precious ship, fall into the real Jennie's arms, and forget everything about those villains.
"You came to meet Jennie, did you not? We can take you to her. We have a nice dinner scheduled with her in a few days due." Y/N asked sweetly, caressing Y/N's skin.
This was no yes or no question and Y/N wanted to run so bad, curl up somewhere and cry because her brain told her these people meant pain and fear.
Y/N swallowed harshly. Her approval could at least save Tikki and Liv. "Sure then. Let's leave." the words tasted bile in her throat.
Jennie nodded approvingly, stepping back from her to allow her to put Tikki down. Y/N gently made the kid look up at her and caressed her little chubby cheeks, giving Tikki her best smile. If Tikki saw it tremble, she did not comment on it.
