*RRRR!!*
An audible noise of loud rumbling was heard. The white void shook slightly, but everyone was able to feel and hear the low noise that reverberated through the area. "W-What was that?" Solus Prime inquired.
Algorithmic Prime's breath hitched. "Scrap." He cursed. "I almost forgot that we're in the in-between of the Well of Allspark and (Y/Cyb/n)'s mind."
"Great-grandsire, what's happening?" The artificial Prime's descendant inquired with apprehension and nervousness.
"Affinity... this feels worse than I thought." He muttered with disdain, squinting his optics in concentration. "It's trying to separate himself from your body."
"It is what!?" The Codex exclaimed with confusion. "I thought you said it was going to possess the body!"
"How does it exactly 'separate' from the body?" Mirconus Prime inquired, doing air quotes with his digits on the word "separate."
The other Primes exchanged uneasy glances upon hearing the low rumbling noise and Algorithmic Prime's ominous revelation. Megatronus Prime's optical ridges furrowed in concern, and Alpha Trion's expression grew grave.
"Affinity is attempting to separate from your body?" the wise Elder Prime questioned Algorithmic Prime, seeking clarification.
"How can that be?" Solus Prime chimed in, her optics narrowing. "We thought the entity was planning to possess (Y/Cyb/n), not separate from him entirely."
Algorithmic Prime nodded grimly, his faceplate reflecting the gravity of the situation. "Yes, it seems we have underestimated Affinity's capabilities," he said, his voice hinting at frustration.
"But how is that even possible?" Zeta Prime inquired, his deep voice tinged with confusion. "I thought (Y/Cyb/n) and Affinity were two parts of a whole?"
"I mentioned before that (Y/Cyb/n) and Affinity have a severed connection the moment (Y/Cyb/n)'s half-spark died and appeared here with us." The artificial Prime interjected quickly. "Since they are now apart, Affinity is free from restraints and can act independently and be its own personality. It separates by using the other Algorithms to 'molt' from the shell by essentially cloning itself."
The Thirteen Primes fell silent as they took in Algorithmic Prime's revelation. Concern and confusion filled their optics. They had not anticipated that Affinity would separate itself from (Y/Cyb/n) altogether.
Zeta Prime broke the uneasy silence, his deep voice conveying urgency. "What does that mean for (Y/Cyb/n)?"
"By separating, Affinity now has its own individuality, but that will leave the other body to die, which (Y/Cyb/n)'s spark will be permanently extinguished and be left in the Well of Allspark." The artificial Prime explained gravely.
The Primes listened intently, their expressions conveying a mix of concern and surprise at the revelation regarding Affinity. Alpha Trion, the elder, spoke up first, his voice filled with worry.
"So, if Affinity succeeds in separating from (Y/Cyb/n)'s body, it will effectively split off as a distinct entity, leaving the original shell vacant," Alpha Trion stated, summarizing the situation. "With the other half-spark extinguished, (Y/Cyb/n)'s spark in the Well of Allspark will also be lost forever."
"Yes." Algorithmic Prime nodded.
The other Primes exchanged worried glances, their optics betraying a mixture of surprise and concern. Zeta Prime, ever the strategic leader, took the lead.
