- Following to the second-to-last part of the book, if Affinity were to live, not much would change
- Affinity does get its core ripped out, but before (Y/Cyb/n) destroys it, but hesitates after it warned him that it would possibly destroys and kills a part of the Codex
- With that distraction, Affinity took its core back and flees with Megatron and the High Guards
- Now peace has come back, (Y/Cyb/n) still receives the special white T-cog from the Energon pool, but his current optics after he revived are the same.

- This would occurred if D-16 managed to save (Y/Cyb/n) from getting the pole struck.
- However, even after (Y/Cyb/n) took out the key, D-16 took the hit instead
- Shocked, (Y/Cyb/n) turned against and contradicted his words and executed Sentinel with a blast of a fusion cannon copied from D-16, ending his reign and tyranny. He was surprisingly not possessed by Affinity.
- What D-16 expected was silence before people cheered that the reign had ended, but instead, they were met with displeasure and terrified yells from the people and loud cheering from the High Guards because of (Y/Cyb/n)'s power.
-(Y/Cyb/n) tried to heal D-16 out of the realization his friend was dying. D-16 was proud that the reign was over, but he had regret after seeing how displaying power made the world turn against his friend.
- After Orion Pax comes back to life as Optimus, he is shocked at seeing his best friend injured and the executed body of Sentinel.
- Optimus didn't get the chance to plan the next course of action when (Y/Cyb/n) surprisingly banished himself since no one understood his pain and agony. He left Iacon with the High Guards, leaving D-16 to deeply regret his actions of losing his friend.
