This is a little bonus scene I wanted to add for the oneshot [ 𝔻𝕀𝕊𝕋𝔸ℕ𝕋 ℍ𝕆ℙ𝔼 ] || 𝐃-𝟏𝟔/𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧. However, I didn't really wanted to ruin the already-published oneshot, so I'll put the extra scene here.
⚠️‼️WARNING(s): This will contain a short make out scene near the end!
P.S., this is my second time writing a make out scene.

Another heavy sigh escaped Megatron's lips as he leaned deeper into the Codex's warm embrace, his mind a tumultuous storm of conflicting thoughts and emotions. How could the artificial Prime still care for him, still perceive something worth salvaging in the shattered remnants of his soul? Didn't (Y/Cyb/n) understand the depths of depravity he had plummeted into, the monstrous heart he had become?
The silver mech's grip on the Codex slackened slightly as he pressed his face further into the comforting curve of the other's shoulder, his breath coming in shaky, uneven gasps. He felt a profound yearning to be vulnerable, to let down his defenses, to allow the tempest of feelings swirling within his spark to pour forth uninhibited.
The silence enveloping the abandoned mining sector was oppressive. It was a deafening void interrupted only by the soft whir of their internal systems, whispering the remnants of life. Megatron's optics flickered, their swirling vermilion red-orange hue reflecting the turmoil of emotions battling for dominance within him.
Finally, he spoke, his voice thick and laden with unshed coolant.
"I don't deserve your care, your compassion... your friendship. I've killed Orion Pax, I got you killed, and I chose to lose everything." He shook his helm vehemently, his frame trembling as he relinquished his hold on the Codex. "I'm a cold-blooded monster, a heartless bastard. You should despise me, hate me, revile me."
(Y/Cyb/n) remained silent momentarily, his screen optics dimming slightly in response to the silver mech's anguished words. He understood that Megatron's inner turmoil was profound, the conflict within his spark raging like a tempest in the darkest of nights.
The Codex's servos lingered on Megatron's frame, his touch gentle and patient. He could feel the tension in the silver mech's body, the conflicting emotions that stirred within his sparking core.
After a moment, he spoke.
"Maybe you are a cold-blooded monster. But I choose to remember who you once were."
The silver mech's frame stiffened at the Codex's response, his optics widening at the words. He had expected anger, rejection, and perhaps even disdain. But not this gentle understanding, this unwavering acceptance. He swallowed hard, his spark clenched tight in his chassis.
"Who I once was is dead and gone," he said, his voice hoarse and low. "That foolish, naive, weak mech is long gone, replaced by this cold, ruthless creature that I am now." Je snapped.
He pulled further away from the Codex, turning his frame away from the other's gentle touch. Megatron's optics darkened, a mixture of self-loathing and shame filling his spark. He couldn't stand being near the Codex, couldn't stand the sight of the artificial Prime that continued to cling to the memory of who he used to be.
"You're a fool," he muttered, his voice rough and bitter. "A deluded fool, clinging to a memory of a mech that no longer exists. I've lost myself, lost everything that I used to be. I'm not worth your kindness, not in this state."
The cold, metal servos clenched into tight fists at his sides, Megatron tried to suppress the wave of conflicting emotions welling inside him.
"Yet somehow, you still see something in me worth salvaging," he muttered, his voice tinged with a hint of both disbelief and frustration.
