The oak tree,
strong and proud,
stands beneath the vast sun and sky,
a regal presence on the ground.
Casting phantoms on its edges,
the shade stretches,
a delicate tapestry
over a mosaic of fallen leaves,
intermingled with pockets
of sunlit warmth
gathering softly in the coolness
of the oak's encompass,
its roots intertwined with the earth,
a fortress of quiet strength,
whispering tales of eons.
