Ronnie;

As we enter Alex leans against the back wall a smirk on his face. I stay by the door making eye contact with him as max closes the door behind him.

" come on Ronald, it's just me, you don't gotta hide the face." Alex says his Russian accent thick I roll my eyes and pull my mask down

" there we go, now then let's chat. I have here a few AR's a few machine guns, ammo for days, I got drugs of any choice really." He says unloading the stuff

" don't care for the drugs, just let's see the guns." I said folding my arms watching as max takes each gun and checks it

4 out of the 6 guns were good but the other 2 looked shady. I gave max the money and he handed it to Alex and began packing up the guns and ammo we purchased.

" here sign." I tell Alex handing him the papers

" of course Ronald, how could I forget. After this I think I'm going to get me a drink and see what that little fiery thing in there is about." Alex says handing me back the papers and my head snaps up maybe a little too quickly

" what about her Alex?" I say to him furrowing my brows

" man she looks like a great fuck you ain't seen her yet?" Alex says laughing and shaking his head

My anger boils and my fists clench slightly. I internally take a breath to calm myself. If max sees me get worked up over this he will know I've been watching her, but how am I suppose to react when another man says that about my little red?

" yeah man she's uh she's pretty fine." I say to him biting my lip making my way to the door pulling my mask back up and exiting before I get myself in trouble.

Alex isn't easy with his hands as I've heard from a few women. Leaving red hand prints is one thing but leaving bruises that lasts weeks? That's a bit over board. I will not let him get his hands on her. I walk back to the car and quickly pull up her security cameras again.

Alex hasn't made it to the bar yet and I can see max now walking back to the car. As he nears my window I flip my phone over and mute the sound.

" hey imma walk and meet Chris a little further down town he wants to get drinks I'll be home later on." He says through my partly rolled down window sticking the goods in the trunk

" have fun man see ya later." I say back to him

Good now I can do what I need to do. I flip my phone back over switching through the different cameras. No Alex in sight, what is he waiting for? Wait when he said he was gonna get a drink he didn't mean an actual drink.

He meant her. Calling her a a tall fiery drink.

God damn it.

I think to myself; the anger and aggravation pull at my senses, and instead of letting it win I go back to little reds specific camera. She walks behind the bar with ease her smile on display proudly as she serves her guests. My body relaxes and anger simmers down, and I can't explain how or why but it does when I look at her.

No woman has been able to tame me as majority would say, but I truly believe little red has got me right where my fate thinks I should be.

——-
I sat and watched her the last hour and a half, she called for last call and still no sign of Alex. My anxiety spikes as people clear the bar filling the street still no Alex to be seen. Alright terrible I see what you're playing at now.

It's like I manifested him because as soon as the thought came into my brain Alex walked into the back door that leads into the bar.

" are you still serving?" He asks her leaning on the bar as she wipes it down

She doesn't look up instead scoots down to wipe the other half of the bar.

" I called for last call 10 mins ago. I'm no longer serving." She says finally looking up and placing a hand on her hip

" I think you misunderstood me little vixen, I didn't mean the liquor." He says smirking looking her up and down

" it's time for you to leave. Respectfully." She says walking from behind the bar

I catch sight of Alex's face and he smirks rubbing his hands together. This isn't gonna be good. I instantly grab my gun from my center console and load it making sure it's ready and step out from my car. I near the door and open it coming up behind Alex quietly.

" no little vixen, not until I've had my drink. You don't want an upset customer do you?" He asks his voice growing darker with every word.

I press the gun to the back of his head.

" she asked you to leave." I say in a firm but hushed tone

" look I ain't trying to get shot over no woman." He says as I press the tip of my gun harder into his skull

" then I suggest you start walking." I say again and he doesn't turn and instead starts walking towards the way he came in.

As we pass by little red I can't help but catch a glimpse of her. Her eyes looking over me looking as if her gears are turning. Her perfume filling my senses igniting the burning flame inside of me. I get Alex out of the door and lock it then turn to walk back up the aisle. I don't want to but I walk passed her, hoping to avoid her putting to many pieces together.

" hey you! Stop!" She says firmly and my feet stop instantly my back staying turned to her, nobody has even been able to stop me in my tracks like that.

" don't I know you?" She asks, her voice now softer and I so badly want to turn around and face her but I can't not yet

" not at all ma'am. Keep that back door locked." I say deepening my voice so maybe she won't recognize it and turning my head slightly; the most she would be able to see is maybe my cheek bone and side of my eye but I can see her all of her staring back at me innocence swirling it her green eyes.

" thank you for coming in at the right moment. Can I offer you a drink?" She asks and I turn my head back to face the door

" I don't drink, anymore. Have a good night." I say again making my leave

Fucking shit that was a close call. I'm not ready to let her in yet, I like having her to myself and not having everyone know then having to fear the worst that could happen to her. If I would have left tonight I don't know when I would have seen her next. Alex would have for sure drugged her take her back home did some things then drop her back off here when she was coherent enough to walk but not know where she's at.

I'll make sure you get home safely my little red. I'll always be watching until I claim you myself.
