Miguel was mad.
No, angry.
Okay maybe the accurate world was furious.
Like scarily furious. He literally hurled the console across the room, almost hitting Lego Spiderman.
Peter muttered <<Okay man it wasn't the console's fault tho>>.
Miguel just growled, almsot talking to himself <<All he had to do was listen, why didn't he listen?>>.
<<Yeah maybe because you were not hard enough on him!>> Gwen spoke, being sarcastic.
<<Gwen don't do so.>> Y/n side eyes her, trying to stop her angryness. She knew how she was feeling, she knew damn well Miguel treated Miles like shit, but she didn't want Miguel to get mad with her or worse.
Miguel glanced at her with mad eyes <<You let him go.>>
<<Me!?>> Gwen was heating up too, as Y/n held her arm gently, making her back off gently.
<<You didn't catch him.>> he stated, staring at her deep in the eyes, as Spider People around were feeling pretty conflicted.
Gwen tried to calm down <<Let me just talk to him.>>
<<We tried that.>> Miguel stated again.
<<He's my friend...>>.
<<Yeah, and that's the problem.>>.
<<Do you know for certain what happens if he breaks the Canon?>>.
Miguel almost towered over her, almost snapping at her <<Do you want to find out?>>.
Y/n got in front of him, as if she wanted cover or protect Gwen <<Miguel, they are just kids.>> she spoke. Miguel stared at her, as he could just kill her with that look <<I told you she was a liability. Now move. She is going home.>>.
<<What?>> Y/n eyes widened, her voice was united with Gwen's. She was in disbelief, she didn't want to go home. She couldn't and also she wanted to go back to Miles.
<<I am not coming>> Gwen frowned, walking back. But Miguel didn't move at all <<You are right.>>. Suddently Margo's robot arms grabbed Gwen. Y/n eyes widened, but before she could reach for her, the robot pulled her into the machine's unyielding grasp, as she was deprived of the gizmo.
<<Go home Gwen.>> Miguel spoke, as a last goodbye.
<<We are supposed to be the good guys.>> Gwen spoke for the last time, But then... she was gone.
<<We are.>> Miguel said again. His words were colder and colder this time.

Y/n turned and looked at him. And he looked at her. She was in big trouble. She didn't even tried caught Miles, she literally fought against Miles, making his nose bleed a little. It could be seen a bit of blood from his nose, now dry.
<<You are also going.>> he spoke, his voice becomed motone.
<<Miguel I->>.
<<Don't even speak. Shut up.>> he inhaled, closing his eyes as he didn't want to lose his composure. Then he exhaled when she shutted up, looking at her again, his hands on his hips <<I never had to take you here. Just like Gwen. If you both were not here... maybe things would have gone in a different better way.>>
<<You can't know. Maybe it could have gone worse.>>
<<You can't also know that.>> he reused her words.
<<Don't send me home. I want to help.>>
<<Oh no, you won't help because you would help Miles.>>
<<You can not expect me to do not. Just like you tried to help your daughter in another universe, I want to help my brother.>>
<<I didn't know I would destroy a whole universe.>>
<<Still, wouldn't you have helped? You felt linked to her, and you did. Wouldn't you do it again? Save you own daughter?>>.
He didn't talk, he stared at her. And she stared back.
The Machine was getting ready as he looked at her, until his gizmo beeped, his eyes getting on it, reading what else was written. His eyes seemed to widen for a second, then look at her again. Suddently he pushed her back, making her fall into Margo's robot arms and dragging her to the Go Home Machine, taking her Gizmo away. She tried to get herself free, but it was no use.
As she got there, she gulped, knowing she wouldn't have seen anybody ever again.
<<Miguel... I just want to save my brother...>>.
<<Go home, Y/n.>>.
And then, she was gone.

And she was back home.
