Heeseung bolted down the hallway, his heart pounding in his chest, his mind racing from what had just happened with Sunghoon.

The dimly lit corridor seemed to stretch endlessly, every step he took echoing in the silence of the dorm.

He didn’t know where he was running to.
Only that he had to get away.

As he rounded the corner to his room, he suddenly collided with someone.

The impact sent him stumbling back, and he instinctively raised his hands to steady himself.

When he looked up, his heart sank.

Standing in front of him was Jay.

Jay’s expression was one of surprise, his eyebrows knitted in confusion as he took in Heeseung’s flushed face and disheveled appearance. “Heeseung? What’s going on?”

Heeseung’s eyes widened in panic, and before he could think of anything to say, the words tumbled out of his mouth.

“I’m sorry, Jay!”
His voice was breathless, shaky, as if he’d been caught doing something he wasn’t supposed to.

Without waiting for a response, Heeseung darted past him, his legs moving faster, his mind urging him to escape before Jay could ask any more questions.

He could feel Jay’s gaze burning into his back as he ran, but he didn’t stop, didn’t look back.

His feet carried him to the safety of his room, where he slammed the door shut behind him, leaning against it as he tried to catch his breath.

His heart was still racing, his thoughts a jumbled mess of guilt, confusion, and the lingering heat of Sunghoon’s touch.

Heeseung slid down the door until he was sitting on the floor, burying his face in his hands.

“What have I done?”
He whispered to himself.

Slowly lifting his head, he noticed Jungwon and Sunoo sitting up on Jungwon’s bed, both of them staring at him with concern written all over their faces.

Jungwon was the first to speak, his voice soft but curious.

"Hey, you good?"
His eyebrows were drawn together, clearly sensing something was off. "Did Sunghoon say something?"

Sunoo, who was leaning against the headboard, tilted his head, studying Heeseung with curiosity and worry.

"Yeah, you came back here pretty fast."
Sunoo added, his usual playful tone absent.
"What happened?"

Heeseung swallowed hard, trying to push down the whirlwind of emotions threatening to overtake him.

He forced a small, unconvincing smile, wiping his hands across his face as if it would somehow erase the confusion and guilt swirling inside him.

"I’m fine."
Heeseung muttered, though his voice wavered.

He tried to avoid their eyes, but Jungwon and Sunoo weren’t buying it.

Jungwon exchanged a glance with Sunoo before scooting to the edge of the bed, his eyes narrowing slightly.

"Heeseung, if something happened, you can tell us. Was it Sunghoon? Did he say or do something to make you uncomfortable?"

The mention of Sunghoon made Heeseung’s stomach twist, flashes of their encounter replaying in his mind.

He didn’t know how to explain it without making everything seem worse.

How could he say that Sunghoon had pulled him in, whispered those dangerous words, and that, for a fleeting second, he hadn’t pulled away?

He shook his head, forcing himself to look up at them.
