That night, Heeseung stayed at Sunghoon's dorm.

His mind was at ease, lulled into a peaceful slumber by the soft rhythm of Sunghoon's breathing.

The night passed quietly, Sunghoon keeping an arm around Heeseung, holding him close as if to protect him even in sleep.

Meanwhile, back at the dorm Heeseung shared with Jungwon, Sunoo and Jungwon paced around, exchanging anxious glances.

They both knew something was off.
Heeseung hadn't come home, and he hadn’t responded to any of their messages.

Sunoo bit his lip, glancing at the clock, while Jungwon tapped his foot, looking at his phone for the hundredth time, hoping for a message.

"You think he’s really with..Sunghoon?"
Sunoo asked quietly, eyes full of worry.

Jungwon nodded slowly.
“He must be. He wouldn’t just disappear on us. But..I don’t know. I thought things were more serious with Jay.”

Sunoo sighed, crossing his arms. “Heeseung’s been so confused lately. Jay and Sunghoon keep playing with his feelings. It’s just..he deserves better than this.”

Jungwon was about to respond when his gaze flicked to the door.

The sound of a firm knock echoed through the room, breaking their worried silence.

It was early morning, and neither of them was expecting anyone.

They exchanged a quick, wary look before Jungwon crossed the room to open it.

Standing in the doorway, looking a little rough around the edges, was Jay.

His hair was slightly messy, his eyes searching the room with urgency.

When he didn’t see Heeseung, he frowned, looking back at Jungwon with a hint of irritation and concern.

“Where’s Heeseung?”
Jay asked, his voice tense, almost demanding.

Sunoo crossed his arms, leaning against the wall, watching Jay closely.
“He didn’t come back last night.” He replied, trying to keep his tone even.

Jay’s frown deepened, a flash of annoyance crossing his face.

He glanced at Jungwon, then at Sunoo, as if hoping one of them was joking.

“He’s not here?”
Jay repeated, his tone shifting to something sharper, though a hint of worry softened his eyes.

Jungwon shook his head.
“No. And we’re guessing he stayed with..well, you know.”
He hesitated, choosing his words carefully, watching for Jay’s reaction.

Jay’s jaw clenched.
He didn’t need them to say it.
He knew.

But the confirmation stung, frustration and jealousy sparking in his gaze.

He ran a hand through his hair, looking away for a moment as he tried to keep his composure.

“So he’s with Sunghoon.”
Jay’s voice was low, each word laced with bitterness.

He couldn’t stop the image from forming in his mind.

Heeseung seeking comfort with Sunghoon, falling asleep in his arms, and waking up beside him.

The thought gnawed at him, feeding a resentment he was struggling to suppress.

Sunoo and Jungwon exchanged a glance, sensing the shift in Jay’s mood.

Sunoo spoke up, his voice soft but firm.
“Jay, maybe you should talk to him. Clear things up instead of letting it get this messy.”

Jay’s eyes snapped to Sunoo, his expression unreadable.
