Hi guys.
I know yall were mad as hell that I disappeared and I do truly apologise for that. I cant tell you how many messages, emails and comments I received over the past few months about finishing the story, even posts on my profiles😭
Ngl I've been wanting to finish since forever but time has been beating me forever. I wanted to finish it before I flew out for the summer but I couldn't find the time and I tried to make time while I was abroad but at again, no chances.
I genuinely had no interest in finishing to be honest cause I think I lost interest in the plot somewhere around the mid section. Then I made the mistake of starting to write the third book while not finishing this one. So all my creative ideas and motivation went into writing the third book and I completely abandoned the this book as a result. Also as a result the ending is rushed and basically flung together and I'm so sorry about that.
I want to publish the third book soon so I knew I had to complete this one or the other coming book would make no sense at all since it based off this book and India. And I hope you guys will like it. Im a bit insecure in my writing style because I write the way I like to read so I had a lot of 'big words', metaphors and kinda poetic in some areas. I realise a lot of Jamaican books aren't written like that, I've only found a few that I could read back to front and love. So hopefully you guys actually like my writing.
By the time this comes out, the new book will be published at the same time. So you can go on my profile to find the new book title 'Monsters' and it will the final book in this Trilogy, anything afterwards is a separate book and background. With this one I promise more plot, more conflict and a better posting schedule as this is already basically finished. I started it around summer last year so now I wont feel pressured when writing or feel like I have writers block because I cant finish. I do hope you guys will like as well.
