I was in the gym shooting with Ant and Mike when Cam ran in and jumped on me.
"Whoa, what's up?" I asked as I caught her and managed to keep my balance.
"Guess what?" She asked and smiled.
"What?" I asked and laughed at her goofy smile.
"I won." She said.
"What? Really?" I asked.
"Yep." She said and laughed.
"I'm so proud of you." I said and spun her around before kissing her.
"Thank you for believing in me." She said and kissed me before I put her down.
"Always my lilypoo." I said and smiled before kissing her.
"Y'all going to tell us the good news or keep being all lovey dovey?" Mike asked.
"Well since y'all must know, my baby won her writing contest. She won some money and her short story gets published." I said as I put my arms around her.
"Really? Since when do you write?" Michael asked.
"It was just hobby I did to cope when I first got sick but then I had track so I didn't need it but then you know what happened, so I started writing again." She told him.
"Oh. How come you never let me or the girls read your stuff?" He asked.
"I don't know. I just kept it to myself but now I'm a professional." She said and laughed.
"You're going to be the best writer alive." I told her and kissed her neck making her giggle.
"Can we go celebrate, I want to go to the beach this time." She told me as she turned to face me and wrapped her arms around my torso.
"Babe we have class in the morning." I said.
"That's why we need to go now. Please? I'm leaving this weekend." She said and poked out her lip.
"Where you going?" I asked.
"My favorite place." She said and sighed. "Please?"
"Okay. Go get ready." I said and kissed her.
"Thank you." She said before leaving the gym.
"What's her favorite place?" Mike asked.
"You don't know?" Anthony asked.
"Should I?" He asked.
"Treatment. You're supposedly her best friend, you should know." Anthony told him before shooting the ball.
"I am her best friend." Mike argued.
"Doesn't seem like it." Anthony said and smirked.
"Well I gotta go get ready to take her out, I'll catch y'all later." I said before leaving.
I got ready and went to her dorm to hear screaming and laughing. I knocked and Cam opened the door.
"You ready?" I asked.
"Yes. Bye Chrissy and stay off my bed." She said.
"Don't nobody want to touch your bed Cam. Go celebrate so I can get busy." Chrissy said.
"Protection is in the top drawer." She said and laughed when Chrissy tried to hit her.
"Come on before it gets too late." I told her and grabbed her hand.
