When Vedang went inside with Arnav at the company, he felt that everyone was already in attention mode. As soon as Vedang entered, the voices of "Good Morning Boss" echoed around. Arnav, striking a stylish pose, said, "See, Big brother! Look how much respect everyone here has for me?"

A smirk appeared on Vedang's face, and placing his hand on Arnav's shoulder, he said, "I see, little brother! Indeed, everyone here respects 'me' a lot."

Arnav made a face at the jab. At that moment, Maya arrived and said, "Good morning, Boss!"

"Good morning, Maya!" Vedang replied to her greeting.

Maya said, "Boss! Your cabin is ready. And your entire day's schedule is prepared. Details of all the important meetings are also on your desk. At 1 PM, you have an important meeting with your stakeholders."

"Great. Well, Maya! You really are a good assistant," Vedang complimented her.

Hearing the praise from Vedang, Maya blushed. She said, "Thank you so much, Boss!"

Arnav said, "Ms. Maya! Could you think about me too? I also need a good assistant."

"Don't worry, Arnav Sir! I've already scheduled some interviews for the day after tomorrow. Hopefully, we'll find a suitable candidate for your assistant position as well," Maya assured Arnav.

Arnav happily replied, "It would be great."

By now, Vedang's cabin was ready. Arnav said, "Okay, big brother! See you at lunch."

"Hmm," Vedang said and went into his cabin.

The entire day passed by so quickly. Meanwhile, in Patna, Akshvi had finished packing and, at last, picked up her mother's photo from the table and put it in her suitcase. Tomorrow marked the start of a new chapter in her life. She was happy to be finally leaving this place but also scared. A new city, new people, and she was all alone. How would she handle everything alone in such a big city? But she had to leave. She took a deep breath and mentally prepared herself. There was no way to back out now. Just then, there was a knock on her door. Akshvi looked towards the door, and it was Danya standing there. Akshvi smiled and said, "Danya??? Come in. Why are you standing there?"

Danya came inside and asked, "Is the packing done?"

"Hmm," Akshvi replied with a slight smile.

Danya came closer, hugged her tightly from behind, and said, "Are you really leaving tomorrow?"

Akshvi hugged her back and said, "Yup."

Danya said in a tearful voice, "Don't go, Dii! How will I manage here without you?"

Akshvi, with a bitter smile on her lips, said, "Everyone will manage. Don't worry."

"You know? Don't worry about Papa and me. I will take good care of him here. Just focus on your work and come back to meet us soon. We'll be waiting," Danya said while crying.

Akshvi pulled away from her and wiped her tears, saying, "Stop crying, Danya! I believe that in my absence, you'll manage everything. Because my Danya has grown up enough for me to leave our father's responsibility to her. Right?"
