"Quark, the proprietar of this establishment" he said, i nodded, poured myself a glass, and downed it before pouring another and drinking it more slowly

"Return to the lucid voice" I ordered as droid, who appeared at my side

"Roger roger" the droid said

"Who are you" a voice asked

"Captain shinji ikari, of what remains of the confederacy of independent systems" i answered, in introduction

"Are you allied with the federation" the woman asked

"Not yet, but i hope to be, i heard this was their station, i simply retook it for them, a sign of good faith, I can hold it for them too, if necessary" i said

"So we can bring them here" the woman asked

"If your asking weather they will be safe from my fleet, I will remain on the station until i speak with a starfleet officer, and to put your mind further at ease, i don't have a transporter, or a replicator for that matter" I said, she blinked

"You dont" she asked

"While the former technically exists both technologies have been outlawed, the long term effects of continuous use of eating replicated food and transporting are potentially dangerous, that said we do use a sort of transporters, for inanimate materiels, that is where transporters are incredibly useful" i said, the woman nodded putting that piece of information to the side for later

"I'm major kira nyres, my surname is kira, I am the liason between for this station and the bajoran government" she said

"A pleasure to meet you, major" i said

"Im gonna leave you with our chief of security, constable odo" he said

"You aren't attempting to lock me up, are you, i will fight back if you are" i said

"No, no, just making sure you keep your word" kira said, i nodded my agreement

"Do you mind if i drink, Mr. odo" i asked

"Not at all, and it's just odo, captain" he said

"Very well, constable" i said

Three hours later, an entire galaxy wing arrived at the station, surprised at the number of ships surrounding the station since it was

"Captain, welcome back to DS9, our new friend is in quark's he's already gone through half a bottle of whiskey, oh and word of warning, he looks really young" kira said, sisko's eyebrow rose buf be entered quarks to find, a child who looked younger then his own son, still this individual controlled a sizable force so was earned some respect

"I am captain Benjamin sisko, representing the united federation of planets" i said

"Captain shinji ikari, the only officer ledy of the confederacy of independent systems" i replied as we shook

"Shall we talk in my office" he asked

"You mind if i bring my bottle, I haven't had a good drink in some time" i said
