Party Night:
Two hours after school, students arrived at Miriam's house for the welcome party to celebrate the first day. The party had begun with alcoholic drinks, music, dancing, and snacks. Finally, Adelaide had arrived.
Heyvîn: "No way."
Miriam: "What happened?"
Heyvîn: "Look at the guest."
Miriam: "Who invited that girl?"
Elaiza: "I did, she's from our class and my desk partner."
Heyvîn had never liked Adelaide and was furious, wanting to attack her. Miriam noticed this and quickly intervened.
Miriam: "I want you to stay calm, okay?"
Heyvîn: "If you say so, fine."
Federico Barone, one of the toughest students at school, approached Adelaide.
Federico: "Shall we dance?"
Adelaide: "I'm sorry, I don't know how to dance."
Federico: "I'm Federico Barone."
Adelaide: "Nice to meet you, I'm Adelaide Tedesco."
Federico: "How about a little lesson?"
Adelaide: "Whatever you want."
Federico took Adelaide to the dance floor, and those watching them whistled. The moonlight hitting Adelaide's hair illuminated her skin, making it glow beautifully.
Seeing this, Miriam felt a surge of anger, and Heyvîn noticed her discomfort, feeling the need to act. As Adelaide and Federico stopped dancing, Adelaide walked towards her table, and Heyvîn approached her with great anger, pushing her into the pool.
Federico: "What did you do?"
Miriam's expression turned from anger to sadness.
Miriam: "Federico, she can't get out of the pool; do something!"
Federico: "If she can't swim, that's not my fault."
Miriam began to panic. Giuseppe Barberini, Miriam's brother, quickly appeared and jumped into the pool to rescue Adelaide.
Giuseppe: "Are you okay?"
Adelaide: "Leave me alone."
Giuseppe: "Get a towel!"
Adelaide: "I don't need it."
Giuseppe helped Adelaide sit on a chair and handed her a towel.
Miriam: "I'm really so sorry."
Adelaide: "You really upset me. I made a mistake trusting you."
Miriam's eyes filled with tears as she angrily pushed Heyvîn away, going inside. Adelaide dried her hair and then quickly left the party without saying a word.
