Next item on the floor is the Chain of Damnation. I picked it up and I felt a slight vibration run through my whole being for a few minutes.  I typed it into the Identifier and opened It's information;

Description: A Cursed chain with an extremely sharp, diamond-shaped tip, capable of piercing armor and flesh with ease. With a drop of blood it will acknowledge you as it's master.  it is a feared weapon on the battlefield.

- Piercing Damage:  Deals 100% increased damage to armored targets
- Cursed Wounds: Applies a 50% chance to inflict bleeding wounds, dealing 2 damage per second till it is purified with a holy blessing.
- Soul Binding: bind the target's soul, stunning them for 15 minutes and leaving them vulnerable to attacks

[Note]: The Chains of Damnation are a formidable weapon, capable of dealing massive damage and controlling the battlefield with their cursed effects. However, their dark history and malevolent energy come with a terrible cost, slowly draining the wielder's sanity and soul.

The chain is a sleek, silver-coated chain with a series of interconnected links that resemble a mix of industrial and ancient designs. It is thin and looks flexible, to allow for precise control and accuracy. However, upon closer inspection, subtle engravings of tiny, twisted skulls and thorns can be seen etched into the metal, hinting at a darker history.

The chain ends in a sharp, diamond-shaped tip made of a gleaming, crystalline material that seems almost darker than black, if there's a color like that. The tip is crafted with a subtle curve to ensure deep penetration. It appears to be stained with a faint, eerie glow, as if it's been tempered in the shadows.

I unrolled it and it measures approximately 15 feet in length, well I won't know how long it really is until i use it in a fight.

It is anchored to a pair of worn, black leather-wrapped handles that fit comfortably in the wielder's hands. The handles are adorned with intricate, swirling patterns that seem to shift and shimmer in the light, but also appear to be subtly stained with a dark, crimson hue. The chain itself is made from a unique blend of metals, providing exceptional strength, durability, and flexibility. However, the metal seems to absorb the light around it, giving it a slightly darkened appearance.

It emits a subtle hum of energy, as if it's alive and ready to strike. When I held it up, it seems to vibrate with anticipation, guiding the my aim with an almost intuitive sense of precision. However, the aura is also tinged with a hint of malevolence, as if the chain is feeding on my darker emotions.

    I almost ran out the door with the dungeon monsters filling my thoughts for a few seconds before i came back to my senses.  If you take away the scary part of losing one's sanity and soul.
