Chapter 12

"So who's up for some truth or dare?" Cory asks challengingly. Her signature smirk forming.
"I am. And I want to start." I state slyly. Everyone nods. I decide to start with Maggie.
"So Maggie, truth or dare?"
"Screw it. Dare." She states confidently. I smirk.
"I dare you to call Zeke and tell him you're prgnant with his child using the name Trisha." I tell her. Everyone in the room laughs. She takes out her phone and I dial Zeke's number for her. She puts the phone on speaker and let's it ring.
"Hello?" Zeke answers.
Maggie started fake crying. "Zeke, its me Trisha." She sniffles.
"I don't know any Trisha." He says.
"It was three months ago and I wanted you to know that I'm pregnant with your child." She sobbed. She was definitely an amazing actor.
"I don't know what the fuck you're talking about. Bye." He rushed out. The line suddenly goes dead. We all crack up laughing, but we were cut off by my phone ringing.
"Pick up the phone-"
"Bad ass speaking." I answer.
"Do you know a chick named Trisha?" Zeke asks.
"No." I answer. All the girls giggle quietly. It sounds like there is struggling on the other end of the line.
"We know you dared one of those girls to make that call." Isaac says. I snort.
"You think I'm capable of something as amazing as that?" I ask sarcasticly.
"Ya I do. You are pretty fucking good at giving dares. Now who made that phone call?" He asks. I scoff.
"None of us did." I tell him. He sighs.
"Are you-" Isaac goes to reply, but the doorbell rings. I stand up and walk towards the door.
"Do you want me to hang up?" He asks.
"No its probably just the pizza guy." I answer. I look through the peep hole, and gasp.
"What is it?" Isaac asks. I can tell he is worried. I have to fight back sobs to answer.
"Kenny is here."

"Kenny is here." She says through sobs. I jump to a standing position.
"What is it?" Zeke asks.
"Kenny is at Sabrina's door."
"That asshole!" Luke shouts. "I'm gonna go punch his fucking lights out."
"Not before I do." I say, and run for the door. I pull the door open and sprint to Sabrina's driveway. Kenny is standing on the front porch with a cigarette in his mouth. I walk calmly up behind him, and pull it from his mouth. He jumps in surprise.
"Mind if I take a hit. Kenny." I draw out his name slowly. He glares at me in recognition.
"You're that guy who was at the movies with Brina. Aren't you?" He asks with a chuckle.
"You have no right to call her Brina." I grit out. Zeke and Luke silently walk up behind him. I nod. They grab either of his arms. He starts to struggle. "No point in struggling. Now I will warn you once. You come here again the cops will be called. For now you're gonna deal with me."
"Should I be scared?" He asks as he spits at my feet. Some of his disgusting saliva got on my boot.
"You just spit on my boot. Now you're in even more trouble." In the next moment my fist connects with his face, and then his stomach. I punch him several more times then kneel towards where he fell. "That was for the girl I am madly in love with. Lay a hand on her ever again and you won't see the light of tomorrow." I whisper. He glares at me, but doesn't fight back. Zeke and Luke drag him down the driveway and drop him on the sidewalk.
"Get lost." Luke yells.
"You were lucky this time." Zeke threatens.
I turn away and grab the spare key. I unlock the door and walk inside. I hear sobbing, most likely my baby girl, and cursing, probably Cory and Andy. I walk towards the voices and as I turn the corner I see Maggie and Lily comforting Sabrina. Cory, Andy, Emily, Breanna, and Kasey are all pacing. Sabrina must have heard me because her head snaps up.
"Isaac!" She cries and starts getting up. I walk to her and pick her up to cradle her in my arms. I walk to the couch and sit down with her. Her sobs start to slow down. "What happened to Kenny?" She asks when she can talk.
"I warned him then punched him. Now Zeke and Luke are making sure he leaves." I tell her. She nods and curls closer to me. "Are you ready for bed?" I ask her. She nods again. I turn to everyone else. "I'm gonna take her up to bed." They nod.
"You guys can all stay here, if you want." Sabrina says just loud enough for them to hear. They all say their thank yous and sit down. I carry Sabrina up the stairs to her room. I lay her on her bed gently and cover her up. As I go to leave she whispers my name.
"Yes?"
"Will you stay with me? Please." She whispers. I smile, and flip off the light. Walking towards her bed I pull off my shirt. I crawl in the bed next to her and hug her to my side. "Thank you." She whispers sleepily.
"Anytime." I whisper back. She doses off quickly. Just as she reaches unconsciousness I whisper, "I would die for you." I close my eyes and fall asleep quickly to her soft breaths.
