The Badboy and Me

Chapter 22

I tell the cops my point of view before walking up the stairs slowly. I hear Sabrina tell Zeke about Laken. I waited for him to blow up, but instead he hugs her.
  "Not the reaction I was expecting." I say. Sabrina jumps, then smiles at me. She runs up to hug me before she stops suddenly. "What?" I ask her.
         "I don't want to hurt you." She says quietly. I walk up to her and lift her chin.
         "You can't hurt me. I've definitely had worse than someone hugging me after being beat. That idiot over there tackled me once." I tell her. She giggles, and I kiss her quickly. Pulling back I look to Zeke. "So you're helping find Laken?" I ask. He nods.
        "Sabrina said I get to be her uncle." He tells me. I chuckle. Of course she did. I look over to her, and she bats her eyelashes innocently. I pull her close to my side, and kiss the top of her head. Zeke gags. "Right here guys!" He exclaims. Sabrina smirks evily. I look at her and see the mischief in her eyes. She pulls me down and kisses me passionately. Zeke gags, and walks down the stairs. I finally pull away from Sabrina. She grins, while breathing heavily. I smile and we walk to her bedroom door. I peek inside to see my little sister sleeping peacefully. Shutting the door I turn and grab Sabrina's hand. Walking down stairs we realize the silence.
      "Did the police leave?" Sabrina asks Zeke.
       "Ya. They said there will be a trial, but there is no way we will lose with the evidence we have. My mom was going down to the station to sign the papers for the girls to live with us." He says. Lily stands up, and looks around.
        "So much drama happens. In this friend group, but I wouldn't give it up for anything." She says. Sabrina hugs her with a smile. I smile at her and she walks up to Zeke. "I guess it's time to go." She says.
        "You guys can stay if you want." Sabrina offers. Lily smiles.
         "My mom was expecting me an hour ago. She will be mad enough." She says with a laugh. Sabrina nods. Walking up to Zeke she hugs him goodbye. Most guys would be jealous of their girl hugging another guy, but he is her brother in my eyes. Sabrina waves as they walk out the door. As soon as they are gone she looks towards me.
           "What do you want to do?" She asks me. I chuckle.
           "It's one in the morning and you're asking what I want to do." I state. She looks at me blankly.
            "And?" She asks. I roll my eyes.
            "I guess you have a point." I say. She just smirks. "Let's go to the park." I state.
            "What about your sisters?" She asks. I think for a minute.
             "I'll leave my phone and a note for them." I tell her. She nods and jogs up the stairs. I grab a piece if paper and wrote a quick note on it. Me and Brina will be at the park. Call if you need anything. ~Isaac
           Sabrina walks back down the stairs with my jacket in hand. We walk to the door, but before we get there she suddenly stops. She runs back towards the hallway and stops at a door. Opening it she pulls out two skateboards. I smile and take one from her. We finally make it out the door and begin to skate, hand in hand, towards the park.
