All I could see was red. That monster that calls herself a woman, deserves to go to hell. She looks shocked at my outburst. She goes to reply, but I'm not done yet.
"That little girl, MY little girl, deserves better. She deserves to be held and loved. She deserves to be hugged and kissed. She deserves-" The bitch decides to cut me off.
"She deserves to be put up for adoption." She says. I jump forward, and seeing as Isaac is holding Laken, he can't stop me. I grab her by the hair and look her in the eyes.
"Say one more thing. I dare you." I grit out. She tried to pull away, but squeaked in pain when I tightened my grip. She decided to keep her mouth shut. I smirked and pushed her back. She glared at me, but didn't say anything. Turning to Isaac she rolls her eyes.
"Is this visit over?" She asks. "I need to go."
"Why should I give her back to you? You obviously don't want her. You don't deserve her." Isaac says while holding Laken close. Kadence rolls her eyes.
"If you want her then you can keep her. I'll even give you full custody. Just sign the papers," she says seriously.
"That's exactly what I'll do. Bring me the papers and I'll sign first thing." Isaac says just as seriously. She nods and walks to her car. She reaches into the front seat and grabs a small handful of papers. She walks back to us and puts her arm out. I look at her before taking the papers. I set them on the table and grab Laken from Isaac. He looks at the papers for a minute before signing them. He stands up and shoves the papers towards Kadence. She takes them and walks away.
"Good luck with that brat." She yells over her shoulder. I growl and pull Laken closer. She is now truly my little girl. Kadence gets in her car and drives off. I look to Isaac and he smiles at me.
"Are you gonna be my mommy now?" Laken asks me. I grin at her and nod. She smiles and hugs me. Isaac grabs us both in a hug.
"My two beautiful girls." He murmurs. Zeke clears his throat and we pull apart. "Laken I would like you to meet your aunts and uncles. Zeke, Jake, Luke, Willow, Remi, Andy, Corey, Lily, Breanna, Emily, and Kasey." He says pointing to each in turn. They all wave and I set Laken down. Each person hugs her and she hugs them all back.
"Oh no." I whisper suddenly. My parents will be coming home soon. Hopefully they are OK with Isaac and Laken. If they're not I will have to talk to them. They will have to be OK with this because I'm not giving up Isaac and Laken. Ever.
