KAIZEN'S POV (Intel said otherwise)

As soon as the words left my mouth the villain lunges. His fist was coded with venom, he does possesses the quirk rattle after all. Some of the venom dripped on to the concrete floor. The liquid immediately started to eat away at the concrete. Note to self don't touch the yellow venom, got it.

As soon as the leader got close I jumped back but I failed to detect the second in command behind me. Who had a very obvious stinger quirk I tried to dodge his attack as well but it was no use. The stinger was empaled in my side, I grit my teeth as I felt the thick warm liquid, also known as blood trickle down my side. Ok now I was annoyed. I activated my own quirk, not at full power of course I didn't want to go into a vision after all. But just enough so I could see a few very quick predictions of what might happen. I blew a breath of air through my mouth. I could see my breath In front of me. The familiar coldness of my quirk at work spread through out my whole body. I could feel my power coursing through my veins and I grinned through the pain. I finally looked up at the villain that injured me. He paled when he saw the look on my face, it was like he realized just what he did or more importantly who he did it too. It seemed like time slowed down for a moment. I looked at the villain boss straight in the eyes as I grabbed the stinger still engulfed in my side and pulled it out slowly still grinning. Some of the lower level criminals looked both terrified and disgusted at the same time the villain slowly started backing away. "My turn".

The surrounding area began to frost over as I moved quickly, I kicked the back of his knees making him get down to my level. The next thing the Villain boss knows I'm to his back face close to his ear. "You bored me" and with that I grabbed the back of his head and slammed his head hard on the concrete below. His bloody nose soaked the floor below my feet. The second in command met a similar fate. I huffed as I turned around to face the frozen in place criminals. I took a deep breath to calm myself down. "Do you want to make it harder than it has to be or not". They very wisely chose to surrender. Once they were secured with police grade quirk erasing hand cuffs I glared at them all. "Oh and by the way I took care of your little issue"

For a second they just stood there shocked or scared I didn't know. One of the criminals in the front managed to say. "W-what?" I looked at them with a 'really look' only a teenager could muster up, then huffed amused. "I'm offended you would think I wouldn't find out they". I pointed to the two villains passed out on the floor only a few feet away from me. "Have been blackmailing you all for years now... they  threaten to harm your loved ones didn't they?" One of them yelled out to me. "B-But there not completely running this operation alone. There's someone else. They will still have control over us!!... I have a daughter Kaizen... I wanna raise her but I can't do that if I'm stuck here!!". I looked at the man saying all of this. I grabbed a picture from one of my many pockets. I then threw it on the ground it was on display for them all to see. "This the guy" I didn't even wait for a reply I knew I was right. "Yeah you have nothing to worry about. Not anymore". The picture showed a very beat up man unconscious on the ground. I was now leaning on a crate in the wear house closing my eyes. I only opened them when I heard a few of them sobbing. I looked up to see a few crying others full on sobbing.

I turned around, my back to them all. "You all were forced into this... I have cut you free...I helped you this time... but mark my words if you ever cross me I will hunt you down myself" I used my parkour to get to the roof of the building. I tried to ignore the pain it caused with each movement. I was about to leave when they started shouting. "Kaizen if you ever need anything we're here for you kid!!!" Then another one shouted. "THANK YOU KAIZEN!!" I stopped in my tracks. How in the world- "yes we know you're a kid you're like 5'3 Bud!!"  My face blushed red with embarrassment. This is why I usually only come out during the night! I scolded myself. "YOUR STILL TERRIFYING THOUGH!!"  Now that actually made me feel a little bit better. "Thanks Kid!!" After a few more yells and tears of thanks I was off and out of the building.

I checked the time as soon as I was far enough away. It read 11:20pm. I ignored the sharp pain in my side as I continued to hop from roof top to roof top keeping to the shadows and ally's of buildings and out of sight of the civilians. Next stop U.A high. I looked down at the device placed on my left hand. It was a small screen but that little screen took me 7 months to make. It's the reason I can hack from almost anywhere. I was going through some interesting information before a notification popped up on my screen. At first I thought it was a glitch and was disappointed because that would mean more program editing. I did a quick program reboot. And it still said the same thing. "That's odd... the detective never usually has his com open during this time?" I quickly hacked into his com which was easy considering the detective hadn't requested any additional defense. Once it beeped I knew I had once again hacked into his com. "Hey Detective how's it going!!" I heard a sigh of relief on the other end. "Kid I got a tip earlier this morning that you were going to take down a kidnapping ring on your own. Please tell me they were mistaken". I grinned and turned off my voice changer. "No the tip was right. Just took them down a couple minutes ago actually so you should probably send a squad over there" I then continued to send him a complete report on the case. Including the location. "Were you hurt in anyway don't lie to me kaizen". He said it in a no nonsense tone. I snorted then replied. "I can't lie to you detective remember?" I laughed. "And I may or may not have been stabbed with like a 2 inch stinger" I admitted. But I wasn't expecting for the Detective to go full on worried mode. "Were are you!! Send me your location! We need to get you to the hospital!! On a scale from 1/10 how much does it hurt. Have you lost a lot of blood!?!"

"I'm fine I promise Dad-tective!" Wait that is actually a really good name! I laughed. But I don't think he liked it too much. He got really quiet after that.

"..."

I swallowed thickly. "I-I'm just gonna go see ya-" I hissed as pain shot up my side. Unfortunately I didn't end the contact before my pained yelp so he probably heard it. I quickly ended are contact.

I took a deep breath turns out that was a big mistake. My injury suddenly felt like it was on fire.I hissed in pain as my surroundings seemed to spin around me. I looked around hazily when all the sudden I had a terrible headache. The ringing in my ears grew louder... wait when had my ears started ringing? I managed to bring a hand to my injured side. Blood... that's a lot more than I expected... shoot! Shoot!!! I'm losing to much Blood!!

I managed to grab some emergency supplies I had placed in my suit. I drank some water. All those energy drinks are probably not helping the situation. Looks like I need to take a quick stop to the doc. It should only take a few minutes.

- half an hour later.

It did not take a few minutes...

It turned out that Villain had cracked one of my ribs and all my moving around almost caused it to fully puncture one of my lungs. I got a good scolding from the old man but at least it wasn't as bad as the last time. Now I'll admit that was bad. The Doc fixed me up within an hour with the help of his quirk. The underground Doctor told me and I quote. "non of your regular funny business you hear me Boy!"He literally threw a bottle of pain killers at my already pounding head, before he kicked me out of his doctors office. I like the Doc he reminds me of the grumpy but caring grandfather I never had. And of course in original Izuku Midoriya fashion.

I did not do as I was told...

I've got nothing to say, except that the next chapter will probably be out before this Friday. I'm tired. So sweet dreams everyone.
