Izuku's POV (Intel said otherwise)

Waking up to the sound of my alarm going off at 6:25 is something I will forever hate. Groaning in annoyance then quickly bringing my hand to my nightstand as I desperately felt around for my phone. Once I finally found it I pushed the stop button. Then immediately began to sink back into my much needed sleep. That was intel I remembered I have school... yay. I reluctantly sat up and made my way to the bathroom. I took a quick shower replaced some old bandages and attempted to get my hair in some kind of order before giving up entirely, finally excepting that it was useless to even try.

I had gotten dressed rather quickly and was currently in the kitchen eating leftovers older than I would like to admit. I quickly ate and checked my phone for the time. The electricity of the apartment had gone out weeks ago at least the water was still running... I jinxed myself didn't I. Man!! No water and no electricity?. Can this da- nope! Am not going to say it. I grabbed everything I needed for school then slipped my shoes on and made my way out the door.

But what I faced just outside the apartment made me want to just go back inside and skip school entirely.

The landlord was standing right outside the apartment door no doubt waiting for me to come out. I took a deep breath and placed my best cheerful face on and turned to the older man. "Hello Mr Yamamoto is there anything I could help you with?" He glared at me. And just gestured to the apartment door. I mentally grimaced, all ready having a good idea what he was talking about. I turned around and there it was in its bright yellow glory, along with its large black lettering " Second Eviction Notice" I was expecting it planned for it even, but nonetheless it was still like a slap to the face. A reminder that my so called mother truly did leave. I mean I can't say it was a surprise. She had never talked to me, took care of me. For crying out loud I can't remember the last time I even saw her let alone actually spoke to her.

I was still standing in front of the piece of paper. It was only intel I heard the man clear his throat that I snapped back into reality. I grabbed the notice off the door then placed it in my school bag and turned once again to Mr Yamamoto. "I tried to contact your mother but she wouldn't answer were exactly is she?" Came his ruff sandpaper like voice. Your guess is as good as mine I thought bitterly. But I continued to act innocently. "Sorry about that Mr Yamamoto sir. You see my mother actually just started taking more hours at the hospital. And it's been a little hard for anyone else to get a hold of her except for me of course". I scratch my neck sheepishly to hopefully better convince the older man of my web of lies. The man immediately bought my act. And let me go with a simple order to inform my mother of the second notice and that we have to be out by this Saturday. The moment he was gone I quickly started my way to school I had already missed first period. But you know what they say better late than never!

-4 minutes later

It's a lie!! Never is better than late! Stupid saying.

So there I sat in the principals office of Aldera High School. "Mr Midoriya... do you know why you are here today?" The principal said it more like a demand than an actual question. "I was not present in first period this morning" I responded not missing a beat.

Or could it be about the ten colorful paint bombs I have placed all around the school? Nahhh the faculty in this hell hole aren't smart enough to even find those. I thought in the back of my mind.

The principal only further glared at me. The principal of Aldera a tall greasy looking man in his late thirties,  snarky and arrogant attitude 24/7  and let's not forget a quirkest jerk to the list as well.

"Wrong. You're here because you have been suspected of cheating on your recent first semester exams".  What?...

What did he just say?...

I must have just heard wrong right...

"And as a result we are suspending you fo-" he didn't get to finish before I slammed my hands on his desk startling him, therefore causing him to stop his rant. "What did you just say..." I was staring  daggers into the man. I studied for all my grades. Even if most of the work was too easy I still reviewed it! I just sat and took it when teachers accused me of cheating on homework so often that I started getting one or two answers wrong on purpose!! to hopefully get them off my back! I attended every class, was quiet and took notes!! What could I have possibly done to be accused of this? The principal watched as my anger boiled, while all the color from his face drained. I felt my mask slip. I grinned knowing that he was not seeing the quirkless loser right now he was seeing something a whole lot different... he was seeing my Vigilante side right now... he was seeing Kaizen.

I quickly recovered from letting my act fall. I looked at the principle "I would like to request the first year finals exams. By law any school is required to provide this test if requested by the student or guardian. If I pass by law I can be excluded from this year's classes as I well have already known the material being taught".

The still slightly shaken man from my outburst only moments ago. He just nodded his head in understanding.

And if Izuku left his high school with a mischievous grin on his face. Alongside some in disbelief teachers looking at his final exam score and a still shaky principal along with colorful paint splattered across every inch of that school
(which you can't prove was him) in his wake then it was nobody's business but his own.
