“Ano yun?” G asks with furrowed eye brows. “Parang sa labas galing” Soph says. Even more shots were heard. “Shots!” Miko shouts making everyone frantic. The lights turn off and people start to run. M,ultiple screams can be heard. Then louder shots. “Aya!””Amaya!” Mave shouts loosing her grip on her lover. Until more shots louder closer shots.
“Mave! Mave!” Jules says as they rush Mave to the car. “Put pressure on the wound” G says. “Bilisan mo pag drive!” Jules says shouting at Cal. “Eto na eto na!” Cal says drifting and parking at the emergency area.
“Asaan ako” Mave says in and out as she’s in the operating room
“Mrs. Laxamana hold on tight” the doctor says while holding a scaple.
“More blood!”
“3 bullet shells, there’s fragments in her chest”
“She’s good for now, how’s the other patient?”
“They didn’t make it”
“Cal?” Mave says still sleepy.
“Insan matulog ka muna”
“Nahanap na ba?”
“Eh bakit ganon?! Hanapin niyo!”
“Kamusta siya?” “Tulog pa” “4 na araw na din pala”
down on her knees crying hard. “Anak…” Mrs. Laxamana hugs Mave. “Mom I’m so sorry” Mave says crying hard. “Maverick listen to me” Mrs. Laxamana says with tears brimming as well. “It’s not your fault, your Dad is strong and he’ll get through this… we’ll get through this” Mrs. Laxamana says carresing Mave’s face. “Tita we’ll bring her to her room” Cal says helping Mave up again. “Mom…” Mave stops her Mom “Where’s Aya?”
