The money

The next morning I wake up to Rafe's phone being spammed with notifications.

"Oh my god," he groaned "tell whoever the fuck that is that were busy trying to fucking sleep."

"Uh babe," I said "that's your phone."

"That still applies," he said "tell them to fuck off I'm trying to sleep with my girlfriend."

I laughed and reached over for his phone. It was all Topper. Topper caught Sarah and John B in the Hawks nest and he pushed John B off the tower. This morning Ward moved John B into the guest room. Well this is about to be a hell of a lot more interesting.

"Um babe you might want to get up for this," I said.

"Just read it to me," he said "I really just wanted the morning to be about us."

"Topper caught Sarah and John B kissing in the hawks nest," I said and he sat up looking at me confused, "Topper pushed John B out of it, and your father moved him into the guest room."

"What the fuck," Rafe said and Topper started calling.

"Hello," Rafe said answering the phone.

"You have to tell Dani to help me get Sarah back," Topper said crying "I can't lose her I'm in love with her."

"Look Top I'm trying to spend time with my girl," Rafe said "we can do this all later."

"Come on bro if it were Dani I'd do it for you," he said.

"Man, Dani is not leaving me for some pogue," Rafe snapped "I know how to do things for my girl. Plus Sarah's a bitch just move on."

I was shocked I'd never heard him say that about her before I smacked his arm.

"Rafe that's not okay to say about her," I yelled at him "Topper I'll talk to her later."

"Okay bye Top," Rafe said hanging up the phone.

He tried to kiss on me but I pushed him off.

"What was that about your sister," I asked him.

"I mean that was a bitch move," Rafe said "Plus I know she has been doing this awhile and gas lighting Topper."

"Ya but she's still your sister," I said crossing my arms.

"We are not really fighting about my sister right now are we," he said rubbing his eyes, "I know you have no loyalty to Topper and you do to my sister, but if it were me and you."

I sighed "ya you're right. I would also not cheat and I'm sure she has her reasons but if I were ever unhappy I'd communicate and try to make it work first."

"Promise?," he asked then started kissing on my neck.

"I promise," I said giggling.

"God what did I do to deserve you," he asked "you're literally the definition of perfect."

I blush "no baby you are."

"Okay we both are now can we take a nap," he asked.

"Absolutely," I say putting my head on his chest.

When we got to the house Rafe went to mess with his bike and I went upstairs to see if Sarah was there but I couldn't find her so I assumed she was out with John B. About thirty minutes later Rafe comes rushing inside and I see a burn mark across his arm. I rush into the kitchen and grab a first aid kit.

"Baby come here," I yelled.

"Uh," he said "I'm looking for something."

"I've got a first aid kit come here so I can help you," I demanded.
