"Are you sure it's in here?" Harry asks Uma, walking around the dark and quiet museum.

They cut the electricity wires and climbed through a window. They won't have much time before the security guard gets to the top floor.

"Yeah, I checked it, it's in this room somewhere," Uma assures him, looking around the room. "Look, there it is."

They walk to the magical artefacts section and there it is, between the magic mirror and the magic lamp; Maleficent's spellbook. Uma lifts the glass and carefully picks it up. Then they hear footsteps approaching from the staircase. "Let's go," Harry says, hurrying back to the open window.

And so step one of their plan has succeeded, now they're ready to prepare for the battle; taking over the entire kingdom...

"God, why can't I just drop this class," Mal sighs, frustratedly crossing out her calculation once more. "I thought Math is supposed to make sense..."

"It does, when you understand it and do it right," Evie tells her.

"Apparently I never do," Mal says, putting down her pencil and leaning back in her chair.

"Maybe we should take a break," Evie suggests.

"Great idea," she agrees, standing up to get a soda. "You want one, too?"

"Yeah, sure," she says, switching on the tv.

'Good afternoon,' the news reporter says. 'Remarkable news from the museum; last night the power went out, and it turns out someone cut the wires on purpose. The night guard discovered an item stolen from their most valuable but also dangerous collection. The police are investigating the incident right now, trying to find out who did it and get the stolen item back as soon as possible. If you have any information or saw anything suspicious around the museum area last night around midnight, please contact the police.'

Mal feels herself getting anxious. "You don't suppose it could be-"

"No, no, M, of course not," Evie quickly assures her, already knowing what she's thinking. "She couldn't possibly have sneaked by all the guards along the coastline into Auradon city, without being seen by anyone. It's impossible."

"I guess so..." she says, not convinced at all.

Evie smiles at her in an effort to comfort her. "I know something that'll take your mind off of all this," she tells her, grabbing her bag to pull out a big envelope. "Looks."

She hands it to Mal, who curiously opens it. "Oh, E, I love them," Mal says, smiling at her, as she looks at the invites in her hand.

"Belle wasn't sure if you'd want some fancy invites to be sent to everyone for your engagement party, so I decided to make them how you like everything best; purple," Evie says, proudly.

"You always do so much for me, how can I ever repay you...?" Mal asks.

"This is what sisters are for," she tells her. "You don't owe me nothing."

"You know I'm going to repay you somehow, anyway, right?" Mal grins.

"Being your maid of honour is already more than I could ever ask for," Evie assures her.

"Always so humble," Mal chuckles. "I love you, E..."

"I love you, too, M," Evie says, pulling her into a hug.
