CHAPTER 35
Today is the day that the war will begin. Everyone was nervous not that I am not nervous. There is something wrong today. Really wrong. I don't even know if I will survive but I hope I will.
We went to the lake to wait for the rouges but we are not the one waiting anymore. It was them they are all in wolf form. Growling at us and then their leader was the only one who hadn't transform. It was now Selene's sign to go and talk to him. Ryker stayed by her side all the time.
"what!!? The beta will be the one negotiating isn't it the job of the Alpha?" The man teased.
"I am sorry but it is my job to negotiate." Selene said seriously.
"oh right. The Female Beta who told us that she's a former Hunter who turns out to be a Guardian." The man said again with a smirk but anger is radiating off of him. His aura is something, it's like an aura of a witch, a wolf and an elemental. How'd I know it? I don't know as well.
"well it's your fault thinking that we are just humans." Selene retorted.
"right but you are just a guardian. There's nothing you could do in this war. I will win no matter what. You're outnumbered. Do you underestimated us that you only have 14 people standing by your side? We are better than you think of us. They are trained to kill and not to have mercy. They do not fear death as well." the man said grinning like a maniac.
"do not underestimate the enemy. That's all I want to say but I want to ask you something."
"as it little missy. I will let you ask what you want since you'll be killed today."
"what is your reason of starting a war with the DarkNight pack?"
"it's simple. I want to be the most powerful person in this planet but when Devin was born I was set aside by everyperson in the DarkNight pack and the whole world. If the Angel of Death will be killed and also the powerful guardians, which I'm still searching for, then I'll be the strongest person and will be the King."
"YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE." Selene shouted before I saw 10 feather blades attacking the rouges but not the leader. That was the start. "NOW WE START THE WAR." she shouted before flying up while the others shift into their wolf form.
